Laatste bestelling ooit Laatste bestelling ooit, eerst krijg je een mail dat je item verzonden is, als je na 1 week vraagt waar je pakje blijft is er ineens een probleem met de leverancier, dus vraag ik wanneer mijn pakje zal toekomen en dat ze geen mail moeten sturen met track and trace als er nog niets verzonden is, het zou bij hun toekomen op het einde van de week begin volgende week, maar dan moet het nog naar mij gestuurd worden.....nog een week langer...... En dan krijg je als antwoord op een mail, je hebt toch onze policy gelezen. Klantenservice nul, beleefdheid nul. Ik ga op de hobbyclub absoluut geen reclame maken....integendeel.....

Completely disappointed... I don't know if it was a lack of professionalism or what, but thank goodness I didn't buy the product I saw yesterday and I sent them an email to see how long it would take me because they still haven't answered me and that same product and many others are no longer available.

Had to wait a very long time for delivery and via mail 1001 hobbies was not really polite 1001 excuses as to why I did not have my delivery yet and it was always my fault according to them too? If I can I avoid any further purchase there and otherwise I only pay upon receipt

Do not buy here they force you to spend 70 euros to get free shipping and despite that the shipping has been delayed a lot and about the price on Amazon I have seen the same products with a price difference quite noticeable with one or two days shipping without having to force you to spend that money already elevated.

Very bad experience. They sent me the wrong order and it was very difficult to contact them. Resolved that they do not have stock of what I ordered I sent them the wrong package and still waiting for a refund. I will never buy from them again.

Franstalig geleverd 16 januari een spel besteld via 1001 modelbouw. Hij kwam pas een maand later eindelijk binnen en toen bleek ineens dat ze een Franstalig spel hebben verstuurd, en dat verwacht je niet van een .nl website. Er stond ook niet bij het product vermeld dat het Franstalig was ipv Engelstalig. Na contact met 1001hobbies (het moederbedrijf) krijg ik 5% korting en het Engels instructieboekje over de mail. Maar het spel is helemaal niet speelbaar want de kaartjes zijn in het frans. En nu moet het dus retour naar Frankrijk gestuurd worden, en dat is ook niet goedkoop. Geen aanrader dus!

Order takes way too long to be shipped
Among other things, I ordered 2 Revell paints (n°36140 and 36186) at a price of 269€ each. But instead I received 2 Humbrol paints (n°91 and 26) at the price of 229€ each. This replacement was made without my knowledge, and for these Humbrol paints I was charged the same price as for Revell paints, a difference to my detriment. I regret the lack of information, the replacement without validation on my part and the levy at the highest rate and not corresponding to the products delivered. I also regret that 1001 maquettes did not reply to my messages.
Avoid this firm like the plague. customer service is non existent. postage charges are horrendous and having paid the money for fast delivery im still waiting 2 weeks later with no item, JOKE. half of the correspondence they send is in French. I buy rc parts from all over and have never been treated as a customer this poorly I wil not be back. RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a pity to be taken for a ride when you report that a product appears to be in stock on the site, only to receive an e-mail stating that it's not available.

I requested delivery to one of the Biscarrosse relay points. The parcel was sent to another relay point (Gastes) 20 k away from the one requested. I don't have a car and there's no public transport to this relay point. Despite several unanswered requests from both 1001 maquettes and the carrier, it was only thanks to the kindness of a neighbor who volunteered to drive me that I was able to receive my parcel.

Shop somewhere else, they're terrible. Horrible customer service. I paid for an order with expedited shipping for items they had listed as in stock. After two weeks of no order updates or delivery, I sent an email. They told me that the in-stock items I paid for had to be ordered from elsewhere and would be arriving in another week or so. I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping. I had to contact them again for them to notify me that my package had been shipped. Still no refund for shipping difference. This company sucks. Customer service is atrocious. They don't care about their customers. Avoid them at all costs.
Accidentally created an order Accidentally created an order, tried calling, no response on either USA number. Sent an email, got a very professional reply saying that they would cancel the order and I would get a refund within 14 days. Sure, sounds great. Except that I got a notification from the delivery company saying that my package is still arriving, and 1001 Model Kits has not responded since regarding the package or refund status. The package is now waiting at the delivery company's office and I have yet to hear back from them. BTW, their website changed the price from $20 on like 4 payment screens, to $140 on the very last payment screen, for a $14 item (that weighs about 1oz). (it seriously says $125 charged for shipping on the email I received). I'm assuming it's a software bug and they dont intentionally swindle people... but the fact that they shipped my item, despite telling me they would cancel my order within 24 hours of placing the order makes me think that they're running a scam. At the very least, it doesn't feel like their customer service works very hard to make things right.
