Very bad! I bought a model of a Japanese sports car and a Lamborghini model with a delivery date between September 4 and 6. I have not yet received the package which is for my son and apparently the gift has been returned back to the store in France. Five days ago I sent an email to ask for clarification but have had no reply. So despite having paid for the product I still haven't received it and what's worse I don't even know if I will receive it back.

I was very disappointed with this website. The ordering service leaves a lot to be desired. I want to buy an airplane model and the site does nothing. The parcel service is poorly done. Very disappointed with the information requested. I needed help with colors and was told to get kits which I have done before. Basically, I was told to figure out what I needed. When you're just starting out and need advice, that's not cool. August 29, 2019: Following your response below you want me to answer what since you do not give me more information. What I wanted was for you to give us the colors corresponding to the model, just like when we buy a kit. My disastrous experience began on July 3, 2019 almost a month ago from this review. I placed a 70€ order with the free shipping offered for purchases over xx € on the website. After having exceeded the deadline that was given in the tracking of the order I contacted them and they told me that if after three weeks I had not received it I should contact them again. According to what they told me on the web they warned me that this could be the maximum shipping time (I didn't see any warning at the time but I don't rule out that this is the case). After three weeks I contacted them again and they said they would investigate the problem. That was the last I heard from them. I have been trying for 5 days to get an explanation from them but they do not answer my emails. I guess now I will have to file a complaint with the consumer office. I strongly advise against buying from this store. UPDATE 190819: after acknowledging to me last August 7 that the carrier pediel I ask them to refund the amount paid. They answer me that until the carrier does not return the package they can not return the money (I do not know how they are going to return it if it is lost). A month and a half after the order I still haven't seen the package or my money. UPDATE 070919: and it's been more than two months and I still haven't heard anything. I have already filed a complaint with the European consumer office.
