I'm still fighting for a refund for a package that wasn't delivered. Staff have been inconsistent with their ""solutions"". I have had to chase this all the way, nobody has ever bothered to update me without me chasing them. Their ""live"" chat which is supposed to be available Monday to Friday in business hours is normally unavailable Can not recommend them Now I've received an entirely useless reply that I can't have my refund until they've finished their investigation. Hermes tracking for the past 18 days has remained static as order received - it's obvious that the goods are missing - but I don't get my money back to buy replacement Christmas gifts - terrible service Adding insult to injury I've had an email asking me to review the items I've never received
Al een bestelling gedaan eind november. Deze zou binnen 5 werkdagen geleverd worden. Vorige week dan gebeld na heel veel keren te moeten bellen ben ik dan toch eindelijk binnen geraakt. Zeggen ze dat mijn bestelling deze week tussen maandag en woensdag met de post geleverd wordt. De post is zojuist geweest en nog steeds zat het pakket er niet bij ook al heeft een Engelstalige man me verzekerd dat woensdag de bestelling er zeker zou zijn. Ik heb vandaag al meerdere malen proberen te bellen maar er neemt nooit iemand op! Deze leverancier is niet betrouwbaar! Jammer dat ik al betaald heb. Ik hoop alsnog voor vrijdag mijn pakket te hebben!

I was wrongly annoyed when I didn't receive my order for an airplane model that was in stock. I have just received the model and am very pleased with it. However, the delivery was slow, probably because the package had to be delivered to Belgium. I will order again without hesitation in case of need. Best regards

Unhelpful response I'm into week 2 of chasing this company for a refund for items which have been lost in shipping. The items are Christmas presents which I need to have in 2 days time to give to people. Very unhelpful service - just tell me I have to wait for the investigation with Hermes which 10 days in has produced a zero result. I would NOT recommend ordering from them.

Fifteen days to have two models in stock plus 4 to 6 days for delivery. As a result, my son may not get a Christmas present. I should have gone to a real retailer.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! I purchased an item from them on 1011 that was marked ""shipping in 12-14 business days"". After 3 weeks I contact them via chat and it is explained to me that they had problems with their supplier. The same excuse was repeated every time I tried to contact them again to find out where my order stood. Icing on the cake since a few days they have not even responded to emails anymore.

Next, I specifically requested and paid for expedited shipping, but item was shipped economy (2 weeks delivery time and no tracking). As a result, it is unlikely my item will not arrive in time to be a Christmas gift as intended (more than a month after ordering). Customer service offered to refund the difference between economy and expedited shipping, but this won't help the package get here in time. BEWARE of poor quality and slow customer service.

So far very bad the currier company is unable to delivery to pack . Absolutely you need to find another provider for Portugal . Hope they can find a way to delivery It or very soon I will ask the money back . Black Friday or Xmas not an excuse for so bad service among other things it impossible to contact them by phone or email . BIG Zero as service .

I ordered a piece on NOVEMBER 18 at a cost of 29.90 and as charges I PAID 15euro to have it in 3-5 business days to have it right away and STILL TODAY DECEMBER 6 I HAVE NOTHING ARRIVED. I hope it gets to me but NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this site. NEVER AGAIN. Their excuse saying long wait for the part but the cost of fast shipping they took it right away. Not recommended.

After almost 20 days since they say they sent it there is still no news of the order they say they are investigating what has happened but the one who is left without order and without the amount is me now they will say that I have chosen slow shipping and that they have no news about this and that I have not communicated anything next time I will publish all the emails sent asking about the order and the dates.
Good quality and very easy shopping experience! Items are as advertised on website and you receive emails promptly to let you know where your parcels are. Would use again 🙂
An order placed on November 3rd says according to their website that it will be shipped on the 15th of that month on the 28th I still don't know anything about the shipment since the distributor in Madrid has not arrived in 13 days of travel from France to Spain today it has to be bringing a lame donkey at least I will continue to wait but little hope that this appears. Bad delivery service if I do not receive the order in 3 days I cancel the order since I ordered it on November 21 and on the 25th they do not even know where it is, it is clear that this is the last order I place with them.
The parcel arrived with the carton split open! And the cardboard model inside the exploded carton was open too! And opened by someone! That's for sure! Great for

Nefarious. This is the second time they have done the same thing to me. I don't buy from them anymore. When choosing the products it appeared on the screen that they would deliver the product between 3 - 5 days and it has taken 21 days. 16 days after collecting the money they send an email stating that they are taking too long because they do not have the product in stock. Hiding this information from the customer at the time of purchase is abusing the transaction and denying the buyer the possibility of choosing an alternative. It is a good way to lose the confidence of buyers, even if it takes 21 days.

Waardeloze levering Waardeloze levering. Meerdere malen bestelling gedaan en artikelen na een week nog niet geleverd. Daarbij dozen beschadigd bij levering. Ook de track en Trace informatie op de sites en in de mail kloppen niet met werkelijkheid en blijven geruime week op status verzonden staan en daarna gebeurd er niets meer. Super jammer, na een paar keer proberen ga ik naar een ander!
