Ordered almost 2 months ago still nothing. When I contacted them 5 weeks ago got one e-mail basically saying ""it will get there when it gets there"". Sent another mail asking for a refund last week and now they completely ghosted me: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I've contacted a lawyer since I live not that far from them: to whoever reads this I hope we can make them stop this ""service"" and get our well-deserved refunds.

Hard to find items were available. Shipping was expensive but extremely prompt. Packing was excellent and everything arrived in great shape. Keep up the good work. I'll be ordering again from you. Many thanks for your efforts!! Kevin Burke USA

1st and last order on this site. I will never go through 1001 maquettes again. Order placed on 29042020 for black and white undercoats + a Citadel painter's handle. It says that the products will be delivered within 2 to 5 weeks (because no longer in stock and long lead time). So... On May 14, the products were back in stock, and the lead time for orders went from 2 to 4 weeks. The question is already being asked about the fact that before bringing in stock to sell, it might be necessary to send out paid orders. I contact the after-sales service, who reply in broken French, implying that I'm impatient. (The question then arises as to why all the other sites can deliver within a reasonable week EXCEPT 1001 maquettes? On May 26, the order was still being processed (but the amount had been debited for almost 1 month...). However, on the site there are still 3 bombs in stock, which have been shortened from 9 to 11 days. So 1001 maquettes can decently send orders in a shorter timeframe... In short... Very disappointed by the site...I'm waiting patiently for my order (if it ever arrives...) and it will be the only one for my

Very very bad more than a month ago I placed an order and they have not delivered it to me nor have they contacted me. I will not buy here again!

2 weeks waiting for 2 cans of paint when I'm in the 93, 20 minutes from Paris. I find this lamentable. I understand that the circumstances of the confinement made that all turned with slowed down but good on other site whose store is much farther than the Parisian areas I was delivered in 2 days 3 days max. I won't be going through you again to get my material.

After a month of waiting, the order has still not arrived, I understand that due to the exceptional situation that the country is going through, it is taking longer than expected, but the order tracking button does not work and I do not know where exactly my order is. The order was charged after 5 days.

I have had to buy from another store and I still have not received the products I bought since April 29th when they were sent to me.

Net of emergency covid..... Bad service sloppy and unclear bordering on ridiculous.... Models arrived almost a month after order.... Only positive note undamaged and correct merchandise.... I will not repeat the experience

My second announcement of dissatisfaction. Admitting that the Covid 19 was very disruptive, an order placed at the end of March, debited at the beginning of April, was refused on May 4 by the deliveryman, who noted on the unopened package. Since then, numerous emails to be reimbursed have gone unanswered, the telephone has been cut and I'm out of pocket by more than 200 euros.IT'S REALLY LAMENTABLE FROM 1001 MAQUETTES. They even asked me to take photos of my finished model for their ad and promised a refund within 15 days, letting me believe that the post office hadn't returned the package.

Very unhappy customer. Take extra money for fast delivery then it does not come in time said. Still not got yet. Check their community section on FB page, lots of people with same complaint. I will not order from here again and suggest no one does. Appear a cowboy operation. I am.appealing through PayPal for a refund.

A real scam I placed 2 orders 09.03.2020 ref. NHJGNA48Q tracking TYPFQP200006007 in the amount of 5898 euros and another 08.03.2020 ref 46L166XBH tracking TYPFQP2200006065 FOR AN AMOUNT OF 6198 € NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING NOR THE PACKAGE ARRIVES NOR THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNT IT IS A SCAM AND WE SHOULD ALL UNITE TO CLAIM AND AVOID THAT THEY DO NOT SCAM ANYONE M

Very poor service, practically a scam. I placed an order last April 24 and today 27 days later I am still waiting for them to send it to me despite my constant complaints. They claim to be out of stock of two items but despite having accepted their offer of a credit note (they do not refund the money) I still have not received the rest of the products I bought and paid for.

Hi, I have a problem with my model that I paid for but never received. I have the tracking of my order but when I go to Laposte to pick up my package they tell me that it has been lost.

Item never received. Unable to contact seller to let them know that the item has been returned to them by their courier. Would not use again.

Lousy service. I bought an order two weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive in 8 days. I sent them 2 emails asking why it did not arrive and why on the tracking page it said it was on hold and the address was incomplete and I have not received any response from them yet.

There is no way to get our order this is not normal if we had known that in a month we would not have it in any way we would have trusted them for our part we are not happy at all.

I do not recommend it. My first order was dated April 24. It has not arrived. Unjustifiable. Several emails and the answers were the same. Unjustifiable. I do not understand the support or the shipping method.

VERY BAD Site not updated. False information on products in stock and typical response from the complaints department which has absolutely no follow-up. A CATASTROPHE I will no longer use this site and do not recommend it.
