My order was placed on March 25 and arrived today, May 4. Among other things, I had ordered an avro lancaster model and the pack with the 8 paints. None of the paints match the model. I'm still giving it three stars, as the site is generally very well rated and I'm aware of the difficulties associated with containment, but from a personal point of view I'm very disappointed.

I have not received it yet. It was scheduled for delivery on April 27-28. I understand that given the circumstances the delivery is delayed but I have sent an email asking about the status of the order and I have not received any response with any information.

It's been April 1 and I still haven't received anything.

Shipping leaves something to be desired even if you pay 15 euro for fast shipping (2 to 3 days) the order still hasn't arrived and that makes 10

I ordered a TRX4 CHASSIS KIT on 23032020 with mode in 3 payments. The package is supposed to have been shipped on 11042020. To date? A (bleep). But for what (bleep) reason do you give availability if you do not have the goods in stock? Poiho paid an extra fee for shipping with tracking but the site (courier used by you) does not show me the location of the package having as message : the package will be delivered there shortly!!! Can you explain to me then why it is showing as SHIPPED? I give you maximum next week as time then starts the communication by legal way!!!!! PS: I can't give more than 3 stars sorry! The central problem was first securing the sale and then calmly sending the kit once they had it in stock! Unprofessional..... I recommend you to change supplier and courier.

The order took about twenty days to arrive. Okay, it was covid19's fault. But they don't reply to the emails we send them, even though their answering machine promises very quick replies. Not great, communication is poor and the phone number doesn't work! Sent a email asking where my model was as the delivery was taking forever. Response was slow, they eventually got back to me with a brief message that was not massively helpful. About the shipment it said by April 4-5 instead it arrived after Easter 10 days later than the day indicated. Regarding the products I didn't expect them to be light paper because they looked like cardboard and then they are all to be cut while so many others are already shaped. The model pieces do not cohere well and I respected the measurements given by the dashes and lines. The cost is excessive compared to the quality of the product because in fact it is 25 printed sheets and you don't know how it can cost as much as 29 euros. There are many other far more detailed cardboard models at a lower cost. That said, I have fun doing it anyway so a sufficiency I give it. But I will get more models from other brands and then I will make the price-quality comparison.

Disappointed as parts took ages to arrive because one part was missing. Finished my model using alternative paints before my order arrived.
