Ordered model paint on March 17 order got confirmed a day later and email 2 days later that was processed on March 18. By May 5th still nothing reply on an email they told that the order was shipped on March 26 and I should ask in 15 days again. By May 20 still nothing and now they went silent on my emails. Asked for refund now through my credit card company. Would not use it again.

My item was shipped 8 days ago and I have not received it yet. All I can find out is that it was shipped on the 13th. Now the 21st. I see no way to contact 1001 to ask for help and no way to further track my package . I�m just out $ for the second time on the same item. Different sellers though. Just my luck. Bought my items for this store believing it to be UK based. Paid for expedited shipping as well. On the same day I ordered from 1001 I also ordered from an actual UK based company Kentmodels.co.uk and recieved my order in two days!
