Package not arrived returned to sender do not understand

Too long, bad layout. I don't recommend it.

Too long in delivery

Model not in stock. I ordered a model that said they had two available and it turned out not to be in stock. After ten days I am requesting a return. We will see if that happens. I believe they fool you into believing they have product in stock.

The emails say not to reply to the email but to use the site which then gives the exact same email address or use their chat which coincidentally says it's not available a couple of minutes after I sent a complaint

I ordered a model bf 109 miniature mounted according to the description that you put (no need for materials or glue paint ...) I received a model to mount! Great

The assembly instructions are a very poor translation. The diagrams are illegible! On the other hand, delivery was made on time.

Despite receiving an email indicating that the order had been prepared it has been seven days since the order was placed but I have no data to access the tracking of the shipment.

I still haven't received my parcel and no solution has been proposed by the seller.

Very bad! I bought a model of a Japanese sports car and a Lamborghini model with a delivery date between September 4 and 6. I have not yet received the package which is for my son and apparently the gift has been returned back to the store in France. Five days ago I sent an email to ask for clarification but have had no reply. So despite having paid for the product I still haven't received it and what's worse I don't even know if I will receive it back.

I was very disappointed with this website. The ordering service leaves a lot to be desired. I want to buy an airplane model and the site does nothing. The parcel service is poorly done. They don't listen. They'd rather censor the review I leave 5 times than let a negative review come out. In short, it's like getting gambled on, but you're not the only one!

I am done with this company. Order cautiously don’t expect timely completion of your orders or the correct item to arrive

An excellent website but an in-stock order I placed almost a month ago still hasn't arrived and I don't even know if it has.

Order no. 173395 placed and paid for on August 23. Today, August 29, still nothing. With a tracking number blocked on August 24, we don't know why. We should go and do a training course in companies like Cdiscount or Amazon which deliver in 48 hours. Unacceptable. Where did my order come from? From China by sea? Z

Very disappointed with the information requested. I needed help with colors and was told to get kits which I have done before. Basically, I was told to figure out what I needed. When you're just starting out and need advice, that's not cool. August 29, 2019: Following your response below you want me to answer what since you do not give me more information. What I wanted was for you to give us the colors corresponding to the model, just like when we buy a kit. But you didn't give me any corresponding colors and when I go on your site and on the product I ordered you have the corresponding tools and colors but now there are no more colors to indicate. I just wanted the colors for my layouts because with the colors I have I can't make certain layouts because they're missing a certain blue red ext ... So in the end, what's the point of sending you e-mails if you can't do it?

Your reply on Trust pilot today (since you do not reply to emails sent directly to you) corresponds to the order N 172249 of 08.08 and not N 172583 of 13.08 I have a copy of my emails (impossible to post them here) which indicate that I requested in due time the change of relay point while the package was being prepared by you (and this for 34 days ...) so you had plenty of time to make the change.

Hello I sent you 2 emails below when I was preparing the parcel so that the place of dispatch could be changed: no reply. What's more, it took Mondial Relay 3 or 4 days to take the parcel into account (whose fault is that??). And so the order has to be cancelled How many days have been lost since the order was placed on the 1st?

They had 2 items an the 3rd was being imported from manufacturer. Obviously not stock and I could have purchased the item from Kyosho in japan cheaper than the price they sell . Then waiting for items supposed to be in stock for 2 weeks from France still waiting. DO NOT USE NOT UK MERCHANT . .CO.UK IS A LIE Wednesday refund still not paid

I visit this site I look at an article and hop it is in my basket and impossible to remove it ! ! Forced sale or bug? In any case, I don't order on a site that forces the basket without being able to delete it. So at the end of my visit, I have 8 items in my basket that I didn't put in! So good luck with this
