Disastrous plastic quality! Unacceptable for a model of this price. Given that you're already very expensive compared to others, I don't think I'll be continuing with you. My previous order was given 5 working days and was delivered in over a month... Look for the mistake! Especially since 1001 maquettes doesn't wait more than a month to collect the order! Logically, the order should only be cashed when the order is sent.... others do it! An angry customer... jerk
Very bad management and attention. I am still waiting for them to give me the procedure for a return on top of that it arrived broken. I would never buy anything here again in my life. The item did not fit my needs according to its dimensions as they are very small. They do not accept returns under any circumstances and do not comply with their return policy. Besides poor quality of materials and delays in delivery. I do not recommend buying their products at all.

No customer service - you're told you'll get a reply within a few days, but it never comes. I had to call several times to get a refund... in short, a very bad experience.

Order placed on 19022019 was shipped on 2602 as there is a product with availability 5-7 days. The 15032019 still has not received the order contact with customer service tell me that sometimes they get lost and do not know where the order is that if in a few days I do not receive it call back. Misleading product listing The item for sale listing stated it would be dispatched within 24hrs. It actually took them 5 days to dispatch. They then blamed me for choosing Eco post which wasn't cheap for the delay. As the item was bought as a gift and turned up too late to fulfil it's purpose I had to purchase elsewhere. When it did arrive I refused delivery and sent it back. I have heard nothing since, that is nothing I can understand as their communications are in French when they clearly know I am English.These people are arrogant, ignorant and misleading.

Shipped from overseas. The model kits are just what I ordered. Couldn't be happier.
Unfortunately, I am disappointed in the shipping my package was left on the mailbox because it didn't fit the courier didn't even deign to ring the doorbell since I was home and could have picked it up in person. I wonder what would have happened if I had not seen it

Paypal fees are wrongly charged, which is no longer allowed since 2018 and is also punished by Paypal. After I reported this to customer service and that I want my money back, I received an email from the other party that they would take care of it. Since 10 days nothing has happened neither the fee has been refunded nor the goods received. I then wrote to customer service again and again no reply! I have reported the case to PayPal. I cannot recommend this store with the best will in the world and will advise everyone against it!
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT! ZERO SERIOUSNESS!!! THEY NEVER GIVE ANY NAME AND TAKE A LONG TIME TO ANSWER OR NOT ANSWER!!!!! I placed an order on DEC 15th and the web gave error in the payment up to two times. I called by phone immediately to confirm the error and see how I could place the order but it went to voicemail and I left a message to which no one answered by phone or e-mail and a few days later without notice the model arrived at home. So I called again to return it since they had not confirmed the shipment at any time and I had to choose another option for the gift. After calls and e-mails in which they confirmed the return without charge, they charged me again the order on my credit card up to three times, reaching a total of almost 400€! Two months later I got the refund but they still refuse to refund the return charges when I was charged for the order.
Announcement of delivery within 24-48 hours (""if ordered before such and such a time"").... delivery after a month... (because an item was not available... So why not already send what's available????). The worst thing is that the unavailable item was not in the parcel we received, and we don't even have any tracking info for it.

I paid an additional 8 euros to the price of the item so that I could receive it within 3 or 4 days. It took more than 10 days to arrive. I complained to 1001 maquetas and they did not refund me the additional money spent. Totally unacceptable. A
Fatal the package came incomplete and we returned it. It is sent to France and through a form that is only in English or French when on the page to buy everything is in Spanish suspicious. The package arrived and they did not accept it. It stayed a lot of days in the French post office. They did not answer the mails and when they did they gave me excuses. Thank goodness we paid with PayPal who reimbursed us the cost of the return (15€) and we opened a dispute and we were able to recover all the money but it was terrible. They didn't know what to do.
