I reserve my very bad opinion since I am not allowed to express myself in the terms I wanted to express.
Delivery problem: 20 days after order and payment! Item returned to 1001 maquette without having passed through my home. No commercial action to solve the problem as soon as possible: 1001 maquette kindly waits for the article to come back to them before sending it back to me via another delivery source. In the meantime, days go by and I still haven't received anything (even though it's been paid for, I remind you). It would have been enough to send me another item identical to the first one and solve the problem on their side with the first delivery company, but I guess 1001 maquette doesn't care about satisfying the best (and therefore also the fastest) s
3 weeks ago I placed an order. 10 days ago the package was retained at the post office for incomplete address and they do not know how to give me a solution.

My disastrous experience began on July 3, 2019 almost a month ago from this review. I placed a 70€ order with the free shipping offered for purchases over xx € on the website. After having exceeded the deadline that was given in the tracking of the order I contacted them and they told me that if after three weeks I had not received it I should contact them again. According to what they told me on the web they warned me that this could be the maximum shipping time (I didn't see any warning at the time but I don't rule out that this is the case). After three weeks I contacted them again and they said they would investigate the problem. That was the last I heard from them. I have been trying for 5 days to get an explanation from them but they do not answer my emails. I guess now I will have to file a complaint with the consumer office. I strongly advise against buying from this store. UPDATE 190819: after acknowledging to me last August 7 that the carrier pediel I ask them to refund the amount paid. They answer me that until the carrier does not return the package they can not return the money (I do not know how they are going to return it if it is lost). A month and a half after the order I still haven't seen the package or my money. UPDATE 070919: and it's been more than two months and I still haven't heard anything. I have already filed a complaint with the European consumer office.

Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.

I sent an item worth 21509 plus shipping costs back to the DHL proof of posting and to the return address I was given. Sent back on 27.05.2019. Today is July 21 and I have not received my money back. Total disappointment! I ordered an airline bag that I knew well because I already owned a similar bag that had outlived its usefulness. So I ordered a new one here because I couldn't find it anywhere else... But disappointment when I received the product ... it does not correspond at all to the product ordered ... I ordered a small shoulder bag similar in every way to the one I already have, based on the photos and description. Instead I received a travel bag the size of a cabin suitcase with a handle and not a shoulder strap. For""non-contractual photo"" is not indicated anywhere... so I don't have a bag to take on my flight in 4 days I'll have to settle for something else and pay an unexpected sum for it!
