Rather loyal to the Tamyia or Italieri brands, I let myself be tempted by the more modestly priced Ark Models. I'm rather disappointed with my first impression. The quality of the plastics is average, and the assembly guide is reduced to its strictest expression (a poor quality photocopy), written in Russian, and above all, there's no color guide... Is this a surplus from the former USSR? Hopefully, assembly will be more pleasant than this first impression.

I ordered a pack of 6 paints plus glue etc...NONE of them correspond to the model I bought...I had understood that you were to be trusted on this...So the model is at a standstill as soon as I've started...
I'm usually very happy with my orders, but this time I'm a bit disappointed. The health situation does call into question delivery times. The cap of one of the paint cans exploded, obviously triggering ""pchit"" of paint. I haven't tested the can, but it seems to be OK and there were no casualties. The rest of the equipment ordered is OK... but that explains the low score. So be careful when preparing your parcels. I'll come back to you to get my supplies despite this little problem.

Nice models, but despite the purchase of a""kit"" not all the paints are supplied. Too bad, especially when it's a gift.
Following my complaint that I had received cheaper replacement items but paid the same price as the items ordered, 1001 Maquettes sent a parcel containing the correct items at their expense. I would like to thank them for their prompt response to my last e-mail. It's a pity that this anomaly has become so serious because we didn't have a copy of the delivery note, that you have problems sending your e-mails and that you deduct the amount of the order as soon as you receive it and not the amount of the delivery when you send it.
The product was of poor quality. Especially the assembly instructions. The parts were also poorly finished, and many of them were difficult to use.

I understand the current situation and my opinion is not related to it. It is about communication and updating the site. The products are marked present on the site on my order and I receive an email almost a week later telling me that you are sorry but you are waiting to receive 4 products. I'm waiting even though I've just sorted to have items available. Once again I appreciate your work, but you've made your point. But it will be forgotten.

My order was for a model of the Glorieux boat, which arrived safely. It said that the glue and paints were not supplied, so I bought everything I needed for the model. Claimed items were in stock and took payment for a expedited delivery. Failed to confirm and took too long to reply to communication. Never saw my order and cancelled after 11 days. 1001 Hobbies then tried to claim that I knew these weren't in stock fortunately I took a snip of the item description screen (which I'm happy to share) which shows this is untrue and I did indeed order in good faith. Correct order and discreet packaging Rather long lead time
After placing my order online I never received any order acknowledgement or despatch notification emails. Any attempt to ascertain any response by email resulted in zero reply. Only after raising a case with Paypal the product that advertised as in stock was dispatched 12 days after ordering according to the postmark on the package. This is NO WAY WHATSOEVER to treat a customer. Therefore I will no longer deal with 1001maquettes. In addition their new named website 1001hobbies.fr results in a security warning from my security software. Warning? ADDITIONAL INFO IN RESPONSE TO SUPPLIER REPLY. I ensured that my email address was correctly entered there is no soft bounce my email queries did not elicit any response. 4 to 6 business days don't equate to a total of 12 days. Last of all the website DID say in stock so please do not question my integrity. FURTHER REPLY TO SUPPLIER 2ND REPLY. I have NEVER had such level of problems with any other online supplier of goods. Your 1001hobies.fr still produces a security warning for me. Therefore I abide by my decision to take my business elsewhere.

Very long lead times for each order
Although the description of the object makes it clear that it's a model 118 motorcycle in particular, the image misled me. It would therefore be preferable to put the correct image on it, so that the photo would be more accurate.

Problems with the paint After buying a model, I bought a pack that didn't correspond to the model and was recommended by 10001 maquettes. Too slow ......
3 orders 3 tests... Systematic stock errors with products that are supposed to be available and in the end have to be ordered. A designation error on the site and long delivery times....very long...(3-4 weeks...). Certainly some choice in the window... Reasonable shipping costs... But I'll be looking elsewhere for my next orders.
Neither satisfied or dissatisfied Listing was wrong but probably not their fault. it would be nice if more retailers would pay attention to how they are listing products.
