Delays products packaging (small pots of paint separated from other products in a zipped plastic bag) everything seems perfect I need to use the material to get a complete idea but in the meantime nothing to complain about.a small remark about the search site not very practical to find what you are looking for (eg paint) it's all mixed up lack of order and clarity you have to scroll through the pages to find your reference between the brushes models

The last few orders were completed within the specified time frame. Last year, a part was missing from an order. Unfortunately, it was not possible to lodge a complaint as the so-called reactive customer service did not get in touch. The delivery times were also not as expected. I didn't really want to order any more. After the website was changed, I decided to order again. Now it also seems to work with the delivery times. I will remain a customer.

The detail is brilliant The detail is brilliant and instructions easy to follow, even though not in English, the scale suits an oo gauge , the downside is the wheels and track, they could be stronger and bigger. It is very fiddly to make and was made easier by having a set of tweezers of different size. Has made a very realistic looking crane to go with the model coal mine on a railway layout.
