Total disappointment! I ordered an airline bag that I knew well because I already owned a similar bag that had outlived its usefulness. So I ordered a new one here because I couldn't find it anywhere else... But disappointment when I received the product ... it does not correspond at all to the product ordered ... I ordered a small shoulder bag similar in every way to the one I already have, based on the photos and description. Instead I received a travel bag the size of a cabin suitcase with a handle and not a shoulder strap. For""non-contractual photo"" is not indicated anywhere... so I don't have a bag to take on my flight in 4 days I'll have to settle for something else and pay an unexpected sum for it! I'd like to be able to get in touch with the site to resolve the situation as soon as possible. You seemed to be a serious site, so please live up to your image. cord

Sadly I am currently disappointed. I have paid and received the wrong products that were destined for another customer. I sent an email in both English and French with the details of the described above to which I have had no response. Please reply to my email and send me the correct products!

I canceled the order an hour later but had already paid. I was promised by e-mail that the money would be transferred back after receipt. Instead, goods arrived from France which I had to return at my own expense.

Hello I ordered 3 sheets of decals on 11062019 on the history of my order is my colissimo dated at 11062019 with items checked 'COMPLETE' June 13 seeing that my order is not sent I contact you by phone and the surprise I am told that the products ordered were not in stock on 11062019 although they were in stock on the date of my order!!! I should in principle receive it from 21062019 I find the delay very long for an order of 3 plates of decals! I'm part of a model club and I'm the first to order from your site. What's more, I tried to leave a review on your site after several unsuccessful attempts. I contacted your store again to report the problem, and one of your advisers couldn't understand why it wasn't working. I tried again several times but to no avail, but your lead time for an order of 3 miserable decal sheets is too long! From now on I'll refer to other order sites, sorry. Cordia

Delays worthy of the middle ages. The products are advertised as being in stock....but ordered on May 31st and as of June 13th...still not delivered.
The question was whether it was enough as I needed it relatively quickly but that's not really the point any more... no confirmation of receipt...on request my parcel was made ready for dispatch before my order according to the time stated in the mail...I refused to accept the parcel on 15.5. and until today nothing has arrived at your address???? I also ship to Thailand USA these parcels are faster to the recipient ?? Delivery from China 7 DAYS As I said to everyone FINGER away...... I will probably never see my money again!

Delivery times abit slow but otherwise excellent
If there were minus stars, this would be the case here. First of all, the site is misleading and totally overpriced. Order placed on 3.5. only arrived on the 15th. Paid with Sofortüberweisung of course. Since I needed the model relatively quickly, I ordered it several days later at a much lower price elsewhere (ordered on the 1st day, arrived the next). I then wrote an email to the German email address and received a reply from a French address. On 15.5 I refused to accept the parcel. Strangely enough, the return has apparently not yet arrived at Modellbau as of 8.6. Constant emails about refunds which are not made as the kit has NOT been returned??? Packages from China Thailand USA were faster.....hmmmm Probably I will not get my money as it looks very unfortunate. FINGER WEG I have never written a review but from 1001 Modellbau I can only ADVISE everyone!!!!!!

Disastrous plastic quality! Unacceptable for a model of this price. Given that you're already very expensive compared to others, I don't think I'll be continuing with you. My previous order was given 5 working days and was delivered in over a month... Look for the mistake! Especially since 1001 maquettes doesn't wait more than a month to collect the order! Logically, the order should only be cashed when the order is sent.... others do it! An angry customer... jerk
Very bad management and attention. I am still waiting for them to give me the procedure for a return on top of that it arrived broken. I would never buy anything here again in my life. Everything slow and they ignore any problem they have caused. Nefarious. Edit: I receive response here but not by mail as I have been claiming for two weeks to request the return of the product. V
Third and last attempt to order. - exorbitant costs for delivery to French overseas departments - not in stock on site without prior notice - announced delivery in two days then not in stock with an unknown lead time. Pity end of collaboration
The item did not fit my needs according to its dimensions as they are very small. They do not accept returns under any circumstances and do not comply with their return policy. Besides poor quality of materials and delays in delivery. I do not recommend buying their products at all.

Order placed on 19022019 was shipped on 2602 as there is a product with availability 5-7 days. The 15032019 still has not received the order contact with customer service tell me that sometimes they get lost and do not know where the order is that if in a few days I do not receive it call back. Misleading product listing The item for sale listing stated it would be dispatched within 24hrs. It actually took them 5 days to dispatch. They then blamed me for choosing Eco post which wasn't cheap for the delay. As the item was bought as a gift and turned up too late to fulfil it's purpose I had to purchase elsewhere. When it did arrive I refused delivery and sent it back. I have heard nothing since, that is nothing I can understand as their communications are in French when they clearly know I am English.These people are arrogant, ignorant and misleading.
