There is a lot of choice on this website. However, out of 2 orders placed, one arrived with a delay and the second, placed on December 13, was marked available within 5 days but had not yet been sent on December 23. I requested a cancellation by phone and was asked to send an e-mail. I sent an e-mail. Since then, nothing. On all serious sites, a refund for an unpaid order paid via Pay Pal is instantaneous, max. 24 hours. In this case, it's been 2 weeks. It's sad because the catalog is nice but I'll go elsewhere because the trust isn't there. I've taken note of your reply, thank you, and that's indeed what I did. I obtained a refund via Paypal. Ordered an item on Dec. 16 today Jan. 7 has still not arrived.
It took them more than a month to deliver it. Another thing is that the units meet my expectations. And for that I congratulate them but not with the service which I consider very bad. Regards

Nothing to say about 1001 Hobbies who graciously gave me a discount. On the other hand, Mondial Relay is not up to scratch: in total, delivery 15 days after my order: 1 week to attempt a 1st delivery BUT THE POINT RELAIS IS NOT IN SERVICE (this is not my responsibility) then a 2nd week to deliver to the new Point Relay. If you have service agreements, you must sanction them. I don't have the possibility of doing so, which is my responsibility.
I WAS HAPPY WITH GETTING THIS MODEL THAT WAS 6 YEARS OLD AND NOT EASY TO FIND IN UK/EUROPE, BUT THE PACKAGING NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED.THE PACKAGE ARRIVED OPEN AND THERE WAS A LACK OF INTERNAL WRAPPING AND THE BOX WAS NOT TAPPED UP WITH CORRECT OR SUFFICIENT TAPE. Robery... Ok, they have an amazing selection of paints and other things. But the shipping was $15! I added some other stuff to the cart, and then looked at the total cost. The shipping FREAKING WENT UP TO 22$. THIS IS FREAKING ROBBERY. There should be a deal where if you spend over $30 the shipping goes down. My subtotal was $40, but the with shipping it was $62. I was so mad that I didn't even purchase my items, and I still won't until I get a reasonable answer on why the shipping is so expensive.
The product itself is flawless and the delivery (time) was great. But it can't be that a puzzle is delivered in such an oversized package! About environmentally friendly etc. This made us very angry!

If you count 5 working days per week, that's two weeks at the most. However, the parcel was delivered to Mondial Relay on 1612. We're well beyond that. Honestly, you do a decent job, the parcels are well packed, the rates are decent, and there's always someone on the end of the phone if you have a problem. But if you don't get a better handle on your supply chain for certain products, you're going to have to do something about it. Almost 1 month for delivery is a long time. Understand that other, more reliable and faster circuits exist, even if they are a little more expensive. If you can't keep up, you might as well stop offering these products, as the inevitably negative feedback will damage your image. What's the point? Very cordial

Rampzalig! Al een bestelling gedaan eind november. Deze zou binnen 5 werkdagen geleverd worden. Vorige week dan gebeld na heel veel keren te moeten bellen ben ik dan toch eindelijk binnen geraakt. Zeggen ze dat mijn bestelling deze week tussen maandag en woensdag met de post geleverd wordt. De post is zojuist geweest en nog steeds zat het pakket er niet bij ook al heeft een Engelstalige man me verzekerd dat woensdag de bestelling er zeker zou zijn. Ik heb vandaag al meerdere malen proberen te bellen maar er neemt nooit iemand op! Deze leverancier is niet betrouwbaar! Jammer dat ik al betaald heb. Ik hoop alsnog voor vrijdag mijn pakket te hebben!

Na enige vertraging vanwege stakingen bij de Franse post mijn bestelling toch snel gearriveerd en het ziet er piekfijn uit.
