This site makes no indication it is not... This site makes no indication it is not based in the UK unless you come off their website to see it is actually French. I placed an order on the second of the month and have still not recieved it. I only purchased from this site as they had everything in stock at the time. Although it would have been easier to wait for the items on eModels to come back into stock as it would have arrived sooner anyway and most likely cheaper. Looks as though my review is not a one off, a lot of people are having the same issue. I hope these reviews make them decide to change their site information to let us know they are not actually shipping from the UK when you place an order. I have now sent an email to see what can be done regarding the order and have asked for it to be cancelled if they cannot help. I get these are tough times however every other order I have placed has arrived within half the time. As far as im concerned this will be my last order from this site.

The orders on this site are a real joke. At the time of my order (two cans of paint, so not a large parcel), the delivery date was marked 0505, i.e. two days after ordering, but I've still got nothing. The colks were only picked up on 0705, so it's taking customers for fools with misleading delivery dates. Then I'm from 93 and their store is in Paris, so I estimate that 1 week's wait for 2 cans of paint when we're 25 kilometers apart is a really long time. I'd also like to point out that I ordered 15 cans of paint from RUEDESMAQUETTE in Nantes. The order was placed on 28 April and delivered on 29 April, 500 km from my home. Conclusion: if you can't deliver on time, stop selling online because it's too expensive.

Very bad with the excuse of Covid-19 They never shipped the goods!!! They assign the tracking number and then the package disappears it never turns out to have been delivered to the French post office. After more than in month of email exchange they do nothing and only find excuses not to refund the payment made on March 31. The order specified delivery in 7 days.
