Slow and cumbersome fulfillment The attraction is the huge range of products. They are not discounted and I have never been asked for a Paypal fee before. Two items shown as in stock turned out not to be, this was irritating and delayed processing of my order. You are not told the supplier is in France which will obviously impact delivery time and cost. All in all three weeks to deliver. Only useful if you cannot find the products elsewhere.

Zeer ontevreden! Een artikel besteld op 06/12/2020 en tot op heden nog steeds niet ontvangen. Na herhaaldelijk contact doen ze me verschillende 'aanbiedingen': 5% korting op volgende aankoop een credietnota terugzenden van artikel (!). The products were great and well packaged, however delivery took 5 weeks to arrive and it was difficult to get a response from. I spent about 3 weeks trying to get in touch with 1001 Modelkits as the delivery tracking info hadn't changed. I can see they've put an email address on their website now so hopefully this will improve. I understand Covid/Brexit/recent weather are causing delays, however I've received similar packages (size and value) from France in less than a week. I would encourage 1001 Modelkits to look at other couriers. I would order again, but expect a long wait for delivery.
