I had a few problems with delivery, but customer service was very responsive and sympathetic in finding a solution. I was supposed to receive one model for Christmas and the other when I got it, which was what they suggested so that I wouldn't end up with nothing under the tree, but in the end everything was received, much to my delight. Even so, delivery took longer than announced at the time.

This site is a SCAM Since my payment on 1512 ... no more news despite numerous reminders via phone emails and messages on the site .... We are faced with nothing. ... Delivery announced in point mondial relay the 2112 .... and today after the threat of complaint to the DGCCRF I receive an email which informs me that my order is in preparation therefore not available for Christmas ?!? It's my son who's going to be happy. I don't recommend buying from this site...the team is incapable and they're liars. For a first order I am served A very satisfied customer.

Hello the models arrived here about 2 weeks later was ok. The models were simply packed fortunately not damaged (better would perhaps be folded with old newspaper u. padded thus more cushioned against throwing in the shipping box). It was ok so far. P.S. I miss more Monogram models 132 e.g. Pz.Wirbelwind Pz.Grant Jagd-Pz. 4 Sdkfz 232 Pz.-Spähwagen.
