For my first order, I'm satisfied with the quality of the 1001 Maquettes service. The only downside concerns the Mondial Relay service, in that when you try to track your parcel, either the system replies that it can't find it, or it's overloaded. Otherwise, I'd like to thank the entire 1001 Maquettes team for their service and the attention they gave me during the various stages of my order.

Item was stated as ""in stock"" and payment on my part was made immediately with Paypal. Nevertheless, the shipment was not carried out. After more than a week, I only received the answer ""Thank you for your patience ..."". ... I would have preferred an explanation and a ""Sorry was not in stock ..."" would not have been a problem. Item then arrived late but well packaged and in perfect condition.apart from the delayed shipping no problems. ...
My son received a model as a gift. We searched several sites for paints for this model and the best site on which we found all the references and quickly are on *1001 maquettes*. Delivery was fast and the quality of the products is very high.
