Good product - poor communication with US customer The model is good quality & arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. However, the email confirmation quoted delivery at 9 months after ordering for some reason. When I called the customer service # with Boston area code to ask about this, no one ever answered the line and the voicemail was in French. Despite not knowing any French, I left a message anyway and never got a response. I emailed as well and did not get a response. This item was for an anniversary gift so timing was important. Glad they came through but if you have a question, you may have trouble getting an answer.

This kit is hard to find, and the other suppliers wanted at least $250 (US). 1001modelkits advertised it for $189. It was delivered internationally in perfect condition, within the time frame promised. No complaints and much appreciated.
