The product conforms, but the shipping would be much better with Mondial Relay, for example, which doesn't change the drop-off locations at the last minute, forcing you to travel many kilometers, and the very inadequate packaging means that the box arrives crushed. Can be improved.

The items were well packed and in good condition upon arrival although neither kit was shrink wrapped. The order took almost a month to arrive. I did not realize the kits were coming directly from Europe. The price was not low enough to justify the long lead time. Tracking information from France was vague at best.

This review could have been worse. The item shipped was not what I ordered, and communication with their customer service was complicated by the fact that they are located in France creating time and language barriers. However I do feel that they cared and did show concern for the issues, even if they couldn't resolve them, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

The item was in stock at the time of the order and the arrival expectation was about 7 working GG, after the purchase it was unavailable but coming from the supplier .... I tried calling 2 or 3 times at different times customer service and never got to talk to anyone, worried because it was the first order I tried to contact them via form and also via verified reviews, after this happened and after 3 weeks of waiting then the package was packed and shipped.... Arrived after a month of waiting was compliant.....I recommend the site to review the information provided on availability, shipping and 'arrival of products, if I had been informed about the long waiting period I would not have worried, I recommend the site to improve customer service. I advise customers to take for time if it is a gift, in the end everything arrived as promised but it took a while.

However, I wouldn't say the same for the delivery: the parcel arrived at the relay point open, and the packaging for the battery ordered as an extra was also open. You send items of a certain value that travel hundreds of kilometers and pass through several hands and depots during their transport, and despite this, the packaging is treated very lightly. Packages aren't sufficiently secure, and that's a real shame......I really think this is a serious area for improvement if you want to build customer loyalty!
