This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with on line. They don't have a UK warehouse. They take orders letting you believe they have stock which they don't. When I finally get someone a the phone(in France) he didn't really care about the issues that I had pointed out and offered no way to fit it. If you are thinking of ordering DON'T. Move on to the next page and hopefully have better luck than I have had with these people.

The carrier ""La Poste"" are USELESS. According to the tracking they attempted delivery on 611 again on 711 then again on 1411 and the next notice I have is on 2611 which says they are returning it to sender. They have not called me on my cell phone to arrange a time for delivery nor have they left a note or anything. They have done nothing to try to contact me. Inexplicable. Logically as I think almost everyone I am not 24 hours a day without leaving home but it was as easy as making me a call .... Time wasted now to claim the money and I'm left without the product.... Dubious! Shipping took far too long. I didn't like the item and it says on the website that you have a 30-day right of return. Yes, you do. You have to pay the return costs to France yourself and then there is only a credit note that you can redeem in the store. It's not clear anywhere that you can't get the money back. I only wanted the one item and will never be able to redeem this voucher. Nothing but expenses. Support took 8 days to reply to an email. That is unacceptable. I wonder if they will comment again: ""I don't understand...."" Sorry I also don't understand how you can run an online business in such a way.

Terrible company Terrible company, overpriced, charged surcharge for paying by paypal. As far as I can see they never dispatched the goods, could not provide a tracking number, and apparently couldn't refund me. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. So glad I paid the surcharge.

Very little seriousness and no professionalism at all! After placing the order and paying for it I have never received it! It turns out that by internal error they have not found out about the PayPal payment that I have made 14 days before my claim and they did not follow up the order to find out why they have not received the money. It turns out that when I asked for the order (with the reference number given by them) they treated me as if I was trying to cheat them. At the end of a very unproductive online chat I opted for the REFUND option because I will not deal with this company in the near future...or the distant future!
