First order on this online merchant site and extremely disappointed, annoyed by the organization, the lack of professionalism and the poor customer service. It is noted on the site shipment within 24h. Order placed, no news after 24 hours. So I took the necessary steps myself to find out the status of the order and, as luck would have it, some products were already missing (they were in stock at the time of the order but I wasn't contacted to let them know!). 48 hours later and still nothing, after several reminders that led nowhere, I was assured that the order would be dispatched at the end of the day. And the next morning I receive an e-mail saying that the order has been cancelled because it can't be delivered on time! Well done! What's more, they had a software problem (that's what they tell me) because I received 3 emails telling me that the products in stock are available again. Please check these emails again - it's a problem with the computer server. In short, after 3 lost days, no products were delivered, and what's more, they only reimburse on Wednesdays because their accountant only manages their cash flow on that day. It's really not serious or professional, especially when they dare to tell me that my order is being shipped. It's taking customers for fools.... A LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. Finally, they charge exorbitant shipping costs of over 9 euros for a few pots of paint, whereas elsewhere for this price you can get Chronopost delivered the next day. In spite of their mistake, they are unable to send the order by Chrono... First and last very bad experience
Pitiful. You order 4 small pots of paint and a set of small tools and 4 days later the order is ..... still being prepared. On the other hand, no problem with payment: cashed without delay. I ordered on December 17 a Diesel locomotive series 10700 it was supposed to be a Christmas present on the site itself there was a note stating If the package was ordered before December 19 it would arrive by Christmas so I order right away I choose to pay 11 euro shipping instead of the free shipping just because I needed it to get to me on time at that point I receive on December 18 a notification of the tracking of the shipment and so far so ok only later I learn that the warehouse of this site is in France it was not specified anywhere not that it was a problem but I assumed that the package would not arrive even though they had advertised just this shipment before Christmas December 27 finally calls me the courier only after a few minutes the courier informs me that the package had ended up in Frosinone and not in the province of Siena where I live 600km from my home so already here I get upset because not only the delay of the shipment but they also totally wrong address I can assure you that it is a lifetime that I always order used THIS address and it has always arrived all on time in fact it immediately seemed strange that the courier did not know the route. I contact support several times trying to figure out where it had ended up they tell me they will let me know but it's been 4 days since I've heard anything from them moreover their courier in France doesn't give assistance for parcels outside their country I don't have an Italian shipping code and I don't know where it ended up. As of today January 3 the package still has not arrived both the assistance of 1001 modelllini and the courier is impossible to contact really bad at this point I am forced to ask for a refund. I am really regretful this is the first time something like this has happened to me.

IT HAS BEEN A REAL ODYSSEY. I ORDERED THE HARRY POTTER WANDS ON 1312 AND THEY ARRIVED ON 0301. ACCORDING TO THE WEB IT WAS SENT BETWEEN 5-7 DAYS (AND REALLY IT WAS SENT TO THEM). Hello. Despite an order placed on December 19 with products that were supposed to be in stock, my parcel has still not been delivered as of January 1. I live overseas and took advantage of a vacation in mainland France to order from this site. They sent me emails telling me that certain products were not available. Despite several reminders and information telling me that the package would be delivered to the post office, it still hasn't left the warehouse. Too bad for me, I'm going to have to have this parcel sent to my place of residence, and that's going to cost me a few more euros. I think it's a shame to charge around €50 for overseas delivery when most online retailers offer this service at a lower cost. We felt cheated. after choosing a model that says shipping in 24 hours and make me an account to place the order it turns out that you have to pay more than 20 e to get it in 2 or 3 days by DHL when it clearly states that shipping is free from 59e that if nothing of 24h more than 10 days by regular mail of course not emos bought it and thank goodness because it turns out that on ebay is much cheaper and arrives when it says that it arrived.

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with on line. They don't have a UK warehouse. They take orders letting you believe they have stock which they don't. When I finally get someone a the phone(in France) he didn't really care about the issues that I had pointed out and offered no way to fit it. If you are thinking of ordering DON'T. Move on to the next page and hopefully have better luck than I have had with these people.
