Shocking company Shocking company, paid £6.52 for postage to be told no tracking or insurance. After over three weeks of waiting they finally decided to cancel my order. If you are ordering from the UK save your time and money and buy from somewhere else.

Well, the package has not arrived yet... so I can not assess more than the delivery time. On the website they give you some deadlines that they miss. Order placed on the 7th of this month and still waiting for it to arrive. Of course if someone needs it for a specific date I recommend that you buy it on Amazon for example because here you have no idea when or how it will arrive... Update: I was invited to wait until the end of the month to write off the order as lost and request a refund. I requested it on November 2nd and on the 20th I still haven't received the money... a real disaster. I really do not go back to comp

Bad. No answer to my questions. Had to wait more than 2 12 weeks for delivery after transfer. Doesn't work at all! Inquiries to 1001 remained unanswered. I won't be ordering here again!

Absolute disaster. One model canceled before shipping even by phone. is still sent and money is deducted (cheek!!!) now run after the money. The second model (BF109 117-€) completely deletantisch assembled. Motor crooked, controls not adjusted correctly. Conclusion does not fly and is for the ton I never order there again !!! except expensive nothing too good.

Change of address not taken into account on the site. My parcel was therefore lost and returned to sender, despite my numerous emails and calls to the Colissimo service to change my address. After a week on the phone with a 1001 maquettes advisor who assured me that he would send me an order right away, I've been waiting 15 DAYS for my parcel! This is unacceptable! Competitor sites (like OupsModel, for example) will be delighted to help me.

Parts set for the Titanic model 1:400 too inaccurate and overpriced! No response to any changes or price reduction or exchange. I cannot recommend this to anyone. I'm really annoyed and just feel wasted!

I ordered enamel paint for my son and I ordered an item from China. My order from China arrived but I still haven't received my item from 1001 model kit. I phoned the customer service team who basically didn't care and were very rude. I will not be purchasing from them again due to me having to go out and purchase the items again for my son to finish his college project. In short poor service rude customer service and a dont care attitude. Customer service at its worst May I also add that it states a delivered from date and not a delivered by date on your website which states at the moment delivered from 26/09/18 so reply is untrue

Hello A particularly unpleasant experience. I bought on 1001maquettes 3 puzzles in promotion my order was accepted and paid. The company then cancelled the order, stating that there had been a price error. I was reimbursed but lost a lot of time and money, especially as I lost another opportunity to buy at a good price. No gesture offered by 1001 puzzle. I will not return. Site to be avoided. There may be many more cases of this kind, as I was not spontaneously offered the opportunity to buy a puzzle.

Ordered paid immediately and then.... nothing more! I'm not impatient but when I read various reviews I got nervous and immediately opened a paypal case - especially as emails ALL REMAIN UNANSWERED! If you open a case with an honest seller you at least get a response - whatever the excuse. But here: NOTHING AGAIN! Either fraudsters at work or dilettantes. I don't know. But if you don't even reply, I have to fear the worst. My good money (for which I have to work HARD) is now in PayPal orbit. I haven't seen any goods yet. Anyone can deliver later. But not replying is the very worst! I can only warn against this store!

The small key fob has still not arrived. In this day and age where everything is delivered quickly, it is not exactly customer-friendly to wait so long. I hope that the item arrives soon. I will never order anything from you again!!!!

I placed an order for 3 models and although they arrived on time, the packages were wrapped in plastic without protection or warning of fragile package so I have received broken packages and one of the models was broken. I have contacted customer service and at first they answered me quickly but when I got to the point of accepting one of the options they gave me they did not give me any sign of life and after 3 emails within 3 weeks to give them time to respond I'm still waiting.
