On the other hand, I found the order preparation time (it took exactly 6 calendar days from the time I placed my order to the time it was dispatched) a little long. In comparison, delivery by Colissimo (only 15 calendar days!) is extremely fast! 1001 Maquettes could do with a little improvement.

[UPDATE]: Order paid but not taken into account: I had to send an email for my order to be taken into account even though my account had been debited. Then, although the order was sent, I never received it. Despite numerous emails, no solution was found. The company offered me a 20€ gift voucher to compensate me for a 65€ order that I will never see (is this a joke?).
