I recently made my first purchase here. All the back and forth (bank transfer etc. unfortunately no direct debit) made it take a while. But above all, I was delighted to find what I was looking for here in the accessories section! It may well take 2 days longer. Especially for model airplane builders, I would highly recommend this shop as the best in this genre!

1:200 scale models are too hard to find (in France) for those who want to get as close as possible to the details.

No problem with the shipment and in a few days I had it at home.

Fairness and courtesy is the trump card of this online store. careful Italian customers don't get parcels sent with our post office: they never arrive! spend a few more and use the courier.

Never had a bad surprise with this site. Good choice, especially for aircraft models on 148 readable site pages (although some items have no sample photos). Correct prices. In short, a serious site with which I've become accustomed.

Good communication but very slow sending my order out Ordering was fine with no issues. Being in New Zealand I expect it to take a week or two for items to arrive but Payment was accepted on the 8th and I got an email on the 21st to say my item had only just been shipped. It was only one set of decals, what was the hold up? Apart from the delay in postage though I would use them again.

This is not my first order. Processing on time, as promised. Nice packaging that protects the models and paintings. One suggestion. I think we need to find a solution to lower shipping costs. Especially for small volumes, they are above average. This becomes very penalizing for forgetful orders or compli

I received my last order for ten pots of paint. Unfortunately 2 pots of gloss paint had been replaced by 2 pots of matte (same colors). I sent an e-mail to complain and immediately received a reply saying that 1001 maquettes was sending me the right pots of paint, which I received very quickly. --Very efficient service, because anyone can make a mistake! Good service, but above all the no longer produced Aromaster colors are still available here, so I was able to secure my next 2 projects (authentic colors for a Finnish and French fighter from the 2nd World War)!
