Today, April 21st, the order of April 3rd has not arrived. When it arrives it will remain closed and at the end of the confinement I will return it for a refund. No information. Nothing. Then they say that they did not have the product when when I placed the order it was available. The phone number on the website has not worked since the last day.

They announce that during COVID they are still shipping. I paid for express service but 12 days after the estimated delivery date I have not received anything. Not only this but they do not respond to my several e-mails nor by phone to my calls it seems that the number does not work. It is a scam it seems I have left more than 40 €. I am waiting for the goods to arrive but surely this is the first and last order.
