I placed my order on 07/01/2018 and it has not yet arrived. I got an email saying it had been processed but when I check the website it says ""still processing"". Their phone number says open 9-5 weekdays but I've now tried 5 times and the UK number says its closed and then a couple of times the same number has gone through to French answer machine. I've left voicemail and emailed with no response and the web chat function on the website does not appear. I've found no way of contacting them all I want is to know what the problem is and when my order will arrive!

Delivery times not met despite extra charge
1st order and my last! To flee absolutely... Items supposedly in stock and after 6 days they send you a message saying that the items are unavailable.... Disgraceful to cash the money and ask if you want a similar replacement item... Too easy to make money on the backs of people !!!! Waiting for the refund of my articles which is not immediate... I advise you to stay away from this scam store.
Order placed on 111117 one month later still no parcel delivered. I ask customer service about the status of my order because I haven't received anything. They tell me I'm missing half my items and that they'll send what they have in stock. In exchange he gives me a credit note for the amount of the 2 items I'm missing, plus free delivery. A week later I see the items I'm missing are available again on the site. I send an email to customer service and they tell me that the items I'm missing are not available. I find that the service is not at all of quality it is the first that it happens to me with such a level of incompetence. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the management.

It was a sentimental gift from the kids to their father. The website should have said Christmas delivery not guaranteed instead it said 'in stock, delivered by Dec 23rd.' I would have ordered it somewhere else. Poor customer service!

Disappointed Hello, I ordered a 1/18 scale diecast (Signature) Studebaker Avanti. It took the better part of three week's to go from France to the United States (Wisconsin) When the carrier gave me the box I could hear a rattling noise inside, when I took the window box out I could see parts on the bottom of the box The complete front suspension was sheered off the car, both front wheels, there related spindles, and the tie rod. Now decision time, go thru all the B.S. to send it back, and then wait another month , or fix it my self. So I took the car apart and make a custom front suspension, it took me six hours. (This is what caused the destruction,) they must of packed the window box on a Friday night. They simply put the window box inside a bigger box with nothing to protect it. no bubble wrap, no foam peanuts. not even the local rag, no fragile tape on the outside (NOTHING) no wonder it was so severely damaged. I was looking forward to working with a company in France, but frankly I couldn't afford it.

Waar ik er zelf achteraan moest bellen en dan pas informatie kreeg. De eerste keer zeiden ze dat het nog diezelfde week werd verzonden. Dan was uiteindelijk niet zo. Pas na een tweede keer bellen werd het eindelijk verzonden. Het bleek een Franse klantenservice te zijn, zonder dat dit ergens vermeld staat. De persoon aan de telefoon was erg slecht te verstaan en ook zeer onvriendelijk. Hij onderbrak mij meerdere malen en zodra ik begon over ontevreden zijn probeerde hij het gesprek zo snel mogelijk af te kappen. Het product was ook nog eens beschadigd bij afleveren. Dit heb ik uiteindelijk zelf maar gerepareerd omdat ik geen zin heb om met deze mensen zaken te doen. Kortom. Hier niet bestellen!

I ordered an etching film on 14.10.2017 and have not received it to date on 16.12.2017 despite repeated e-mail contact. Supposedly sent then not available again. Purchased on 10/16/17 Super Mario Bros. Puzzle Ground Pound Available delivery 2-4days. Called 1 week around Delivery within a week sorry. Bad German French accent.2 weeks around called delivery within a week sorry. so it went on for 6 weeks. Parcel came from France via the Netherlands. I only received false tracking numbers and none for DHL. The same gentleman with the French accent was always difficult to understand, not least because of his loudness. alternative numbers or employees were not available. He was quiet and relatively friendly but not much help. Constantly saying ""delivery will definitely come within a week"" in the hope that it will be right at some point doesn't help. luckily we had bought other birthday presents elsewhere. Even the Chinese would have been quicker and for half the money. Juice store never again!!!!!

Very bad experience with this site. stock not updated. paint order placed with them with stock available listed on the site. but two weeks later i have to call them to be told that my order is not going to be shipped because of 3 references that are on order... no initiative on their part (delayed shipment, commercial gesture...) I wouldn't recommend them
