The model was VERY reasonably priced and arrived here sooner than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again -- in fact once I finish this kit I probably WILL order another kit from them!

Month and a half and still have not received the order. You contact customer service and they ignore it and pass the buck to the shipping company. I have been using it for a long time and I am very happy with it.

Ordering 129009 made on 24032018 and here we are still waiting! I don't know what happened but after one month I wish to ask for return! And who knows how long you have to wait for the return as well?

Bestelling was niet voorradig was het antwoord???? waarom dit dan aanbieden ???? Op 13/04/2018 naar mondialrelay. Zonder verwittiging beslissen ze totaal zelf om leveringsadres te wijzigen. We zijn nu 19/04/2018 eindelijk bevestiging van levering??? Totaal onaanvaardbaar. Nooit nog iets bestellen. 0/10

I've been waiting over 8 days for an order that was shipped on 3/23/18. I probably won't be ordering anything from there again.

Ideal product. The tracking mechanism once notification received that the item had been shipped did not seem to work.

See the message recently sent to customer service. I see that switching between computers is not up to scratch. A computer is just a silly machine.

Made purchase of a product that was supposed to be delivered in two-three days. Ordered and paid with EXRA DHL to have it in fast time as it was a birthday gift but the product arrived late after 4 days. Reported it to tech support but nothing. I will NOT buy from this site ever again

They've send me the wrong product twice. And in between they've accidentally cancelled my order and set up the wrong product again. They made every mistake they could make twice. It was very weird.

Next I got an email from eBay stating that the items were shipped. Next I got an email from you that my order (126366) was out of stock. How can you say an order has been shipped, then turn around and say the order was out of stock and I could either be notified when the items would be available or, I could opt for a credit in the amount paid through eBay. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am in the process of building the XB-70A now. At this point I just want a refund. I had to order a set of masks and landing gear from another company. 1001modelkits has a reasonable selection but what impressed me most was the quick and efficient delivery of my order. In less than a week after ordering my order was delivered - impressive taking into account that I'm located on the other side (Canada) of the pond! And the quality of the products 100% in accordance with how it was advertised.

I couldn't start the first step because the glue supplied is dry and therefore impossible to use, so I had to buy new glue. Unacceptable moreover it seeks to make me avoid registering a review because this one is negative rather than to contact me the product which you sell is registered all included/understood of which the adhesive but that which was in my parcel is unusable then to repair your faults rather than seeking to censure me

There was no paint in the boxbut after reclaiming it i had a hard time getting itthey sent me 5 out of 7 so i don't have all the colors great for making the model.

Delivery time too long, especially when you request and pay for rapid delivery.

Order placed on 10.02.18 and still not shipped but my credit card was debited within 48h I think it my vaccine e.commerce request for order cancellation to this day

I ordered 4 very small pots of paint for models (14ml per pot) for a total of 7 euros shipping costs ? 7 euros also unbelievable.

Good selection of products and a nice alternative decal scheme made possible for my Beaver floatplane project. Delivery took a while longer than I expected but would be happy to use this company again.
