The products great the delivery absolutely lacking because the postal service in case of non-delivery notifies you 3 or 4 days later (assuming it is true ) that you have passed and you have to go to pick up the package either on Wednesday or Saturday in a narrow time slot.

Before buying I sent an email to know if the product (noted in stock shipped in 24h) would be delivered before 8 days. The answer was positive if you order today which I did and paid for express delivery. When nothing arrived and the site was not being prepared, I called 36 hours before the event for which we needed the gift. I was told (very kindly) that I had ordered a model that was not available! After looking for acceptable alternatives, I ended up taking a model that cost €450 more! and I was assured that it could go immediately and that I'd have it in time. This was not the case and I arrived for the retirement of our colleague with a photo... It was extremely embarrassing, especially for the people who had contributed to the gift. I

Overall Poor Service Placed and order for a model plane in mid December. Order was expected to ship about 7 days after order placement and ship with DHL. It did ship when expected, however, the DHL tracking number they provided did not work. Their e-mail reply stated that their ""logistic partner made a mistake"" and it shipped some other way with no tracking number. I was refunded some of the shipping cost. When it arrived, the shipper box arrived in very good condition with no signs of damage, physical or weather related. I point that out because when I opened the shipper box and took out the model's box, I quickly could tell that the model's box had previously gotten wet. Anyone could see and feel that the box got wet and then dried. It also means that their order processing department could tell and shipped out the box anyway, knowing it might have issues. The water did reach the components inside. I'm okay with the plastic parts getting wet, no harm, I'm okay with the manual being warped by the water and the staples on it getting rust, it still readable. I'm not okay with stickers warping, fading colors, and losing adhesiveness. Sent two e-mails before getting a reply. They said they would send replacement stickers. I e-mailed back asking if possible to ship in box instead of an envelope because the likely hood of bending. Did not received a reply. 5 weeks later, no stickers. Send an e-mail, they don't reply. Send a second e-mail, they don't reply. 6 weeks later still no replacement stickers. First and Last purchase with 1001 Modelkits. By the way, their price for the model is about 35% over the original retail price.

The item and the box arrived damaged. I contacted the store they attended me right away but first they blamed the carrier when the packaging that came to me was not in bad condition and told me that either I paid the return costs or I kept the broken item and they gave me a voucher of 10 euros as an exception. The order and delivery went smoothly. However, the two Hobbymasters (F-35 and F-16) had no assembly instructions in the boxes. Prices for some models can be much higher than elsewhere. The on-site store in Paris is just an office (nothing to sell there). That said, the on-site staff is young.
