For an amateur and a first order, it's necessary to find out as much as possible, but thanks to the starter kit and a search for matching products by brand and scale, I found what I was looking for. My son and I will be delighted at Christmas. The products are well protected for transport and delivery is fast and on time.

Received on time and well packaged. too bad that for my product (380 mm barrels) there were no instructions, as the model didn't match I had a few problems with assembly. Apart from that, everything's perfect.

The goods arrived undamaged and perfectly in accordance with the order. Only flaw was the failure to meet the guaranteed delivery time of two-three days and instead the order arrived after more than a week. Being a birthday gift we did not make it in time.

I recently made my first purchase here. All the back and forth (bank transfer etc. unfortunately no direct debit) made it take a while. But above all, I was delighted to find what I was looking for here in the accessories section! It may well take 2 days longer. Especially for model airplane builders, I would highly recommend this shop as the best in this genre!

Fairness and courtesy is the trump card of this online store. careful Italian customers don't get parcels sent with our post office: they never arrive! spend a few more and use the courier.

Never had a bad surprise with this site. Good choice, especially for aircraft models on 148 readable site pages (although some items have no sample photos). Correct prices. In short, a serious site with which I've become accustomed.

Good communication but very slow sending my order out Ordering was fine with no issues. Being in New Zealand I expect it to take a week or two for items to arrive but Payment was accepted on the 8th and I got an email on the 21st to say my item had only just been shipped. It was only one set of decals, what was the hold up? Apart from the delay in postage though I would use them again.
