I received my last order for ten pots of paint. Unfortunately 2 pots of gloss paint had been replaced by 2 pots of matte (same colors). I sent an e-mail to complain and immediately received a reply saying that 1001 maquettes was sending me the right pots of paint, which I received very quickly. --Very efficient service, because anyone can make a mistake!
