As in the past, I had no problem receiving my parcel (although in my opinion the delivery time was a little too long, but when you love model making you have to be patient).

A great model site to find all the scale models you want. Well-designed drop-down menus and search box make it easy to find what you're looking for. Fast, accurate delivery. Perfect! The only drawback: the dimensions of the objects are not indicated on their description page. Even if you know that a truck is 150 scale, it's hard to imagine the dimensions.

I was particularly pleased with the selection of manufacturers from overseas and the former Eastern Bloc. The prices are okay, but when paying in advance it can sometimes be a problem if the main order number is not at the top. However, this is not a problem and the customer service is excellent. The delivery time is acceptable, only the high postage costs cannot (unfortunately) be changed. But that's no reason to deduct points.

When ordering, it was not clear that delivery could be delayed due to the inclusion of a previously unnamed supplier. If you pay in advance, you want to be informed more precisely, especially as fraud via the Internet is increasing (I have already paid without receiving the goods, even on e-bay). I have been buying on the internet for several years now but rarely have I had such a positive experience as with 1001 models. Great site virtually complete product range fast shipping considering the distance and competitive prices which doesn't hurt. Pretty much 110 and praise.

I discovered 1001 maquetas looking for some specific models and decals and it seemed surprising to me the quantity and volume of models and new references of all kinds that I found. I have already placed two orders and in both cases I am very satisfied with the purchases as well as the information and attention provided. I emailed them and they said they would attempt to find out more about the item from their supplier. After 2 weeks I heard nothing back. I decided to go ahead and order it since it was only 10 bucks(very good price) and it turned out that it was what I was looking for. The tracking didnt update during shipping but thats not really the company's fault.
