You got me wrong 2 out of 5 models you never responded to my complaint you never published my complaints. Very little seriousness and professionalism ... my 120 euros you took it though!!!!

Unprofessional order processing lack of communication and consideration for the customer

Found a fairly rare model kit here and as it was under �10 with postage had no qualms at all. Delivery took about a week but it was excellently packaged.

Fast shipping and received the product as expected.

Dit bedrijf is slecht. Ik had het bestelformulier goed ingevuld maar door een fout in hun systeem miste mijn huisnummer. Direct na de bevestigingsmail heb ik mijn juiste adres doorgegeven. Toch stuurde het bedrijf mijn pakketje op zonder huisnummer. En dus ging het retour afzender. Na maanden mailen en mijn geld terug vragen waar niet op gereageerd werd kreeg ik op 15 januari een bevestigingsmail van DHL dat mijn pakketje zou worden afgeleverd. Besteld in begin september 2017 en pas op 22 januari mijn pakketje krijgen. Het is een Frans bedrijf waar waarschijnlijk niemand de Engelse taal spreekt. Advies: BESTEL HIER NOOIT!

No refund from 02.01.2018 until today 25.01.2018 despite proof of receipt and several reminders. I will probably file a criminal complaint for suspected fraud. No response to my 7 emails to date!!!

I've had a great experience with ordering my pilot's. 1/72 scale. Vietnam. They arrived and they are detail. If you have more of the ones I ordered I will be interested in purchasing. Do you happen to have other Vietnam crew pilot's and side Gunner's?. My other ? Is do you have? Or make the side guns for the side Gunner's. At 1/72 ?. And if you do! Or decide to. I am very interested in picking those items up also. I will still be ordering in the future from you. Thank you very much.

I have been waiting for my order for days. No reaction neither by phone nor by mail ... Absolute scam

After several contacts phone calls emails I am still waiting for the refund of TWO orders from the beginning of DECEMBER 2017 that were not honored although the products appeared in stock on the website. I received an email last week saying it was going to be done but a week later still nothing. This is why I find this company's service to be rubbish and why I would certainly not recommend it.

I filed a complaint against them. Do not buy from them they have taken the first day of my order and still no package at the time of today. No refund in sight they do not even respond. Be really careful with this scam. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I placed my order on 07/01/2018 and it has not yet arrived. I got an email saying it had been processed but when I check the website it says ""still processing"". Their phone number says open 9-5 weekdays but I've now tried 5 times and the UK number says its closed and then a couple of times the same number has gone through to French answer machine. I've left voicemail and emailed with no response and the web chat function on the website does not appear. I've found no way of contacting them all I want is to know what the problem is and when my order will arrive!

Delivery times not met despite extra charge

1st order and my last! To flee absolutely... Items supposedly in stock and after 6 days they send you a message saying that the items are unavailable.... Disgraceful to cash the money and ask if you want a similar replacement item... Too easy to make money on the backs of people !!!! Waiting for the refund of my articles which is not immediate... I advise you to stay away from this scam store.

Order placed on 111117 one month later still no parcel delivered. I ask customer service about the status of my order because I haven't received anything. They tell me I'm missing half my items and that they'll send what they have in stock. In exchange he gives me a credit note for the amount of the 2 items I'm missing, plus free delivery. A week later I see the items I'm missing are available again on the site. I send an email to customer service and they tell me that the items I'm missing are not available. It took the better part of three week's to go from France to the United States (Wisconsin) When the carrier gave me the box I could hear a rattling noise inside, when I took the window box out I could see parts on the bottom of the box The complete front suspension was sheered off the car, both front wheels, there related spindles, and the tie rod. Now decision time, go thru all the B.S. to send it back, and then wait another month , or fix it my self. So I took the car apart and make a custom front suspension, it took me six hours. (This is what caused the destruction,) they must of packed the window box on a Friday night. They simply put the window box inside a bigger box with nothing to protect it. no bubble wrap, no foam peanuts. not even the local rag, no fragile tape on the outside (NOTHING) no wonder it was so severely damaged. I was looking forward to working with a company in France, but frankly I couldn't afford it.

Waar ik er zelf achteraan moest bellen en dan pas informatie kreeg. De eerste keer zeiden ze dat het nog diezelfde week werd verzonden. Dan was uiteindelijk niet zo. Pas na een tweede keer bellen werd het eindelijk verzonden. Het bleek een Franse klantenservice te zijn, zonder dat dit ergens vermeld staat. De persoon aan de telefoon was erg slecht te verstaan en ook zeer onvriendelijk. Hij onderbrak mij meerdere malen en zodra ik begon over ontevreden zijn probeerde hij het gesprek zo snel mogelijk af te kappen. Het product was ook nog eens beschadigd bij afleveren. Dit heb ik uiteindelijk zelf maar gerepareerd omdat ik geen zin heb om met deze mensen zaken te doen. Kortom. Hier niet bestellen!
