I’ve placed an order and it has been 10 days and still delivery I’ve placed an order and it has been 10days now and I have not received my products and yet my credit card has been charged. I’ve contacted the web site with no resolution or reason as to why I have not received my products ordered.
Please spare me such mails I don't want to have anything more to do with this miserly company. Lousy business dealings I bought a model the first package without content but customs costs the second package with content but again customs costs. Who will reimburse me - because of this company - for my first customs costs?

Order placed on 03112017 shipped on 07112017 apparently not shipped the same day due to logistician error? As of today 12112017 the order has still not been dispatched.

Last 12122016 I placed an order that was charged to my account on 14122016. Not receiving the product and not having information on the status of the order I made several calls in which an answering machine answered indicating to send an email which I did after three emails sent to which no one has responded on 06012017 13012017 and 24012017 I find that as of the date of sending this notice no one has contacted me to tell me the status of the order or responded to my request for a refund of the amount paid. I request a refund of the amount paid (14508€) to the credit card I used to place the order.

Onbetrouwbaar Heel erg slecht! Zo lang het goed gaat en er geen vragen zijn en/of bestellingen aankomen niets aan de hand. Zodra een bestelling niet aankomt dan duurt het weken (echt waar, weken) voordat ze je vraag (waar blijven de spullen?) in behandeling nemen. Het antwoord komt dan niet verder dan: 'we hebben het weken geleden gestuurd'. Ondertussen ben ik al weer twee maanden bezig om of de spullen te krijgen of mijn geld terug. De laatste 15 dagen hebben ze echter niet meer gereageerd op mijn mails. Ik zou er niets kopen. Je loopt de kans dat je je geld kwijt bent.

I placed an order on November 8 and to date (16) nothing has been delivered. They do not answer the customer service phone and I have insisted a lot. Neither to the e-mails .... It smells like a scam to me. I will return the order as soon as it arrives. The company is a disgrace in terms of customer service. Nothing to recommend.... #113787

My partner still hasn't received his birthday present and quite frankly I'm appalled at the unprofessional conduct of this company!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!. They do not answer the phone or emails. A disgrace. I leave my order number in case they deign to lend you some agencion as to charge there has been no problem. 113787 .
The parcel arrived in good condition. The model box inside was already open, the bags containing the parts were open and some parts were already in the box.

It's been 3 months since I gave my opinion to explain that it's been a year since I placed my order and I still haven't received anything. They replied that they would refund me as soon as possible and still nothing after sending 2 emails with no reply. As I had already said, don't buy from them anymore, too expensive and no respect for the customer. So when can I expect my refund (10751 euros) in 1 year's time?

Order placed on 0109. Should be delivered between 21 and 2509. Finally sent 0210. 11 models ordered (and announced as in stock) 3 were gradually declared unavailable. So I've been collecting discount coupons. No seriousness, no improvement for 1 year (3 orders).

I have been waiting 6 months for the wings of my Fieseler Storch 285 Meter. There has been no reply to the e-mails sent to date. A lawsuit is being handled by my company lawyer in Germany. It looks like a lawsuit in Germany is without much success. You have to sue in France where the sender of the parcel is at home. In Germany, there is only the Internet site. Nobody answered the phone after several attempts. The orders are redirected to France. The e-mails too. The e-mail address is on the page with (.fr. Is France !!!!) I would only pay with Paypal.
Incomplete address so I had to call the delivery man to get my parcel. I find this unacceptable and will no longer order from this site.

The frustration with my Fieseler Storch 285Meter continues. Since I only received the fuselage and no wings. Now they want to send me a package that weighs 32kg. But the whole plane only weighs exactly 81 kg !!! Why the wing weighs 32 kg is inexplicable to me. They put stones in the package. Now they are asking me to pay an additional 100€ to send a 7kg package. I ordered on August 1st and paid correctly. Only the fuselage box was delivered. The wings are still missing today. I have written over 10 e-mails. The plane has cost me 710€ to date. Now another 100€ plus delivery in Switzerland. The excuse of an error in the logistics center is a joke. I will probably have to order the wings from the manufacturer in Vietnam. The color of the wing (yellow) is not available in Switzerland. As of today, 23.10.2017, I still don't have the missing parts in my house. The reply says in a few days ...even after 3 months I still haven't received a wing, tail unit and rudder. Der Frust mit meinem Fieseler Storch 285Meter geht weiter. Da ich ja nur den Rumpf erhalten habve und keine Flügel. Jetzt wollen die mir ein Packet senden Das 32kg wiegt. Der ganze Flieger wiegt aber nur genau 81Kg!! wiso der Flügel 32 kg wiegt ist mir unerklärlich. Da haben die Steine ins Packet gelegt. Nun verlangen sie von mir um ein ca. 7kg Packet zu senden 100€ zusätzlich. Ich habe am 1. August bestellt und korrekt bezahlt. Geliefert wurde nur die fuselage Box. Die Flügel fehlen bis heute. Über 10 E-Mail geschrieben. Der Flieger hat mich bis heute 710€ gekostet. Nun kommen noch 100€ dazu plus Zustellung in der Schweiz. Die Ausrede vom Fehler im Logistik Zentrum ist ein Witz. Die Flügel muss ich wahrscheinlich beim Hersteller in Vietnam bestellen. Die Farbe vom Flügel (gelb) gibt es in der Schweiz nicht. Leider ist immer noch kein Flügel und Leitwerk und Seitensteuer bei mir trotz versprechen eingetroffen. Ich warte schon 4
