I just had a problem with mondial relay who had delivered to the wrong collection point.
The delivery was fast and the products correctly packaged. On the other hand, I am rather (very) unhappy that despite several requests where I clearly specified for reasons of availability that I did not want the order to be sent immediately after receipt of my payment, it was sent without any delay! The risk was that I wouldn't be back from my trip in time to collect the parcel from the relay point. NB: Concerning the 3 products - all as described - one of them is incomplete with a part missing (FT-17 tank).

While the model was delivered in record time before the festive season, the same could not be said for the paints and cement glue. The bottle of Humbrol glue was dry, and some of the Heller paint was a little runny. However, 1001 Maquettes was very reactive and sent me back the glue very quickly. So well done and thank you for that. I hope that on the delivery side, controls have been put in place to check the quality of the package before they leave. I'd recommend a model from 1001 Maquettes but for the accessories

The website is not very interactive although there is a lot of variety of items like no other. The shipping took too long 12 days and that paying 17€ for postage and ur service.

The purchase of December 13 has arrived on January 11 when they promised 10 days at most. I added items so that the shipping costs were free which was my surprise when once I made the purchase I saw that this was the option peoe and no tracking number so all this time I have not been able to know anything about my order. Mouais . Delayed delivery, no reply to emails and if you make a mistake you have to pay the shipping costs. So I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. I'm willing to believe it's a mistake but I'm still waiting for a reply from them 10 days after my order.
