Mouais . Delayed delivery, no reply to emails and if you make a mistake you have to pay the shipping costs. So I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. I'm willing to believe it's a mistake but I'm still waiting for a reply from them 10 days after my order.

This was my first order on this site. The order was placed well in advance of Christmas (1 month before) and the delivery time on the site was 5 to 7 days for the boats chosen. Shipping super long! Lack of indication of delivery times on the site. One of the boxes on two models is not protected by a blister ok...but box damaged. Let's hope the model will be complete.

Just one comment: the descriptions displayed in your catalog only give the scale and not the dimensions of some of the models to be built, which is annoying if you want to get an idea of the dimensions of the construction.

Package arrived on time but unfortunately the model box is missing ~80% of the parts, which are impossible to assemble in these conditions. 1001Maquette contacted me by e-mail and I'm waiting for their reply to see how to solve this problem. I would like to thank the extremely efficient after-sales service, who sent me a photo of my problem and decided to send me back the same model free of charge, this time in its entirety and just before Christmas.
