I am very moderately satisfied because I ordered 6 aqua colors and received 5 aqua and 1 oil I am not sure to recommend you next time.

Took 8 days to go from France to US. - This is normal. Took 5 days to be delivered. Slow again. I'm giving a 3 out of 5 stars, 1-3 days to make the order and ship it is acceptable. 7 days is not. Shipping cost at 24.00 is way too high. Box was mangled and crushed on one side but everything was OK You could read the contents of the shipping box because it had the invoice with the items clearly readable. One of the dumbest things I've seen. I gave you a fair shot at my business, you took too long and cost too much.

Hello I bought 2 tubes of glue and one of them leaked in the packaging. I got my hands full of it and as a result the tube has been cut open. However, I have to pay another 6.99 euros and the site doesn't allow me to order only the glue with the 5 euro voucher. So it doesn't solve my glue problem.

4 weeks delivery time for stock items (at least as stated when ordering), postage fees that make your skin crawl and catastrophic packaging: the items (including glass) thrown into a bubble envelope, a hole cut in the envelope for the items that are too big and off to the post office. I give a bad mark because of the packaging I'm very disappointed by the quality of the packaging for the rc boat I ordered. I was disapppointed frankly. Covid problems and postage difficulties I understand. I ordered three products and heard nothing for two months, then I heard one was unavailable (I was surprised to see it advertised frankly). The other two would come and I would be credited with the balance, not refunded. OK I found something else, had to repay the postage, OK. Came quickly. But the third product is still advertised, despite repeated e mails from me. If I click on it, it goes into my basket (three times now). I even get reminders that it is there in my basket (even if not in store) and I have not paid. This is my only real issue here. Thanks for your early reply. Much appreciated. The item I requested is the Dragon 1/71 M4A3 105 VVSS. I was very surprised to see it advertised as it is almost impossible to find. It does need to come off your store list, as it is still inviting payment after entering the basket. Unless it is now back in stock of course! Good luck in these hard times

Poor packing allows damaged package I ordered a Porsche 356 Di cast model and it was only wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap. The car itself arrive okay but the packaging/display was damaged. This could have easily been prevented with another layer of wrap or a box and wrap. Not worth sending back as it appear this is the only/last one available in silver.

The parcel has arrived. I ordered it on Thursday at 9am...it was specified that I would receive it the next day (Friday the 14th). To be sure I paid Chronopost (still guaranteed within 24h). According to the information available on the Chronopost tracking system, my parcel was dispatched on Friday evening....36h to put 5 cans of paint in a poor pouch...not very serious! I paid the Chronopost for nothing...and I find it intolerable to have to pay even more to have "the right" to pay with paypal...your competitors are more reliable and faster. The parcel conforms however.... Maj: the information provided by Chronopost is contradictory to what you write below... I can't put a screenshot...too bad. You're offering me a 5€ voucher and a refund for the Chronopost shipment. It's a credit to you and very commercial of you, my friend.
