Misleading description of the material quality of the item ordered (Airplane): Advertised in metal, the reality: half metal, half plastic. Why advertise a scale on the catalog that doesn't correspond to reality when it would be simpler to put the real size of the object? All in all, very good value for money, no hidden costs.

Very slow delivery and very expensive shipping. Answer: The order was placed on the 6th at 12:30 together with the payment. The shipment was made on the 12th right. Arriving on the 15th also true.

This was my first order on this site. The order was placed well in advance of Christmas (1 month before) and the delivery time on the site was 5 to 7 days for the boats chosen. They finally arrived, but I had to call twice (one boat didn't arrive, the other didn't conform, so I had to change refs) to get them in time just before Christmas. Shipping super long! Lack of indication of delivery times on the site. One of the boxes on two models is not protected by a blister ok...but box damaged. Let's hope the model will be complete.

First they made a mistake with the shipping method I had selected and told me they would refund the difference between the shipping I paid for and the one I used but after more than 2 weeks I still haven't received the difference. Just one comment: the descriptions displayed in your catalog only give the scale and not the dimensions of some of the models to be built, which is annoying if you want to get an idea of the dimensions of the construction.
