Excellent Quick order processing, dispatch and delivery

Super price for very detailed motorcycles there are four different models in different colors. Amazing what works so everything at this size (1:43) wheels can be turned steering wheel movable partly main stand side stand movable. The delivery time was as threatened but very long O.K. was written in the offer so.

After a few stomach aches regarding orders from abroad, my negative expectations were not confirmed. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the foreign bank transfer with its endless chains of numbers. The model was also delivered within a reasonable time. I will order from 1001Maquettes again.

Shipping and delivery too long.

I appreciated your customer service and the tracking of shipments. However, I regret that there are too often the same models in double or triple reference, while some French naval aviation models are unobtainable in the catalog. COrd

1001 maquettes has always met my expectations perfectly, both in terms of delivery times and package quality. What's more, the site is pleasant to look at, even when I don't have access to the internet.

Just plain excellent service I'm very glad for the opportunity to tell you about these guys. They filled my order and shipped quickly that's great. But lots of hobby outlets will do that. Their difference was that they actually had the items they listed. 1001 had 3 items I had been after for a long time. At least three other sellers ""listed"" those kits only to tell me (after the fact) that they were not only OOP (which I knew) but OOS (which I didn't know until I opened their package). Yes, that's right: from at least 2 of them I was not told they were OOS three of my items, until those things failed to appear on the shipping invoice, in principal: if I can't get what i'm looking for from ""Seller A, B or C"" they should have been courteous enough to say ""we're OOS this item and don't know if it can be restocked. We should have left them out of the catalog."". O.K.! That's a good answer! Now I can try to get those kits from ""Seller D"", or off Ebay....whichever. 1001 had everything they said they had I got everything I ordered. Seems like a small thing, but it's important. There is no doubt that I will be buying from 1001 model kits again, in the near future. Cheers! JCG

The product is absolutely top but the selection of the product is quite difficult because the pictures in the search are quite small and the magnification is not really good, but if you know what you want it is very easy to handle.

The first impression is that you never feel like you're dealing with a machine, which is a good thing. Just like the systematic replies to the various e-mails you can send, which you can't afford to lose! The choice is wide, the site fairly well organized and the possibility of using Pay pal reassuring. However, wouldn't it be possible to indicate the paint references of the models on offer? That would be a great help, not to mention an additional selling point. I forgot: delivery companies employ wrestlers who have to fight with their parcels, given the state of the latter when they reach my hands! On the other hand, having understood the relative slowness of shipping, it would be a good idea, wherever possible, to give the recipient an estimate. This could prove important. Apart from Merry Christmas I don't see anything
