The site offers a wide choice of paints. I was able to find what I was looking for. However, I was very disappointed by the delivery. I opted for an express delivery for foreign countries in order to be delivered before the weekend (delivery announced between Wednesday and Friday). This cost me over 30 euros (for 48 euros worth of goods). The parcel was only prepared on Wednesday and arrived on MONDAY! With express delivery at this price, the least you can do is respect the deadlines. Normal delivery cost half the price and was announced for Tuesday... What's more, when I opened the long-awaited parcel, the matte yellow enamel paint I'd ordered had been replaced by aquacolor acrylic!?!! In view of the return conditions (non-refundable delivery and return costs), it's better to deal with it, as the error of the prepayment is not to be taken into account.

Material theoretically shipped on March 21, 2017 as of today April 05, 2017 not yet arrived. Made request for information via e mail of where the order is to date after a week no one has responded. I find the behavior unfair I do not think there will be new orders from us in the future. In fact situation I consider very dangerous untrustworthy. This attitude is a loss of trust you know when you pay but you do not know if you receive the goods. Situation not new but relapsed on another order that fortunately then arrived after several weeks. I suggest that if shipping is Vs weak point maybe it is better to change method while for email communication nothing before and nothing now. I feel sorry for you would have potential.

Up until that point all I was getting told was that the goods will be sent soon. Furthermore the goods weren't sent by royal mail but by hermes , they very rarely deliver down my road. Oh and the items were left on my doorstep.

I got an email saying it had shipped on the 17th of December and it still never came. Despite contacting 1001 Models numerous times via their website, email, Facebook and phone (answering machine, my French friend even left a message in French!) they have never responded to me. I am extremely upset as I am out of pocket and my 90 year old grandfather is missing his Christmas present. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I recommend buying from eu. The products offered come from other sellers who have a real after-sales service. I bought a Radio commander tank for a birthday. I had it delivered to a relay point because I didn't want the recipient to receive the package. It arrived on time. I went to pick it up around 2:15 p.m. Back home around 3:15 p.m., I opened the package to see what I'd bought because it was my first time ordering from 1001 Maquettes. The product corresponded to the description. however, in the box i found 2 pieces: one 3 cm long and a caterpillar tooth. following this discovery, i decided to test the product so as not to be surprised when i gave the gift. The vehicle rolls at an angle towards the right. the screw that closes the battery door on the remote control is also missing. i contact after-sales service, where i'm asked about the condition of the packaging and whether i can take photos of the pieces. I call the after-sales service again because I haven't heard from them, and they tell me that their supplier doesn't want to pay for repairs and that the tank has rolled and been damaged by a stone (I tested the product on my 2nd-floor balcony). I'd like to point out that I don't want to pay for the repairs either, as the product is brand new and I received it just like that. The person tells me that he's contacting his supplier again and that he'll keep me informed. When I don't get a reply from him, I send him an e-mail with the law concerning mail-order sales. Within 10 minutes, I get a reply from him saying that he was in the process of replying. He asked me to return the product to their supplier for an exchange. On Monday I went to the post office and returned the parcel. On Thursday, having heard nothing, I contacted 1001 maquettes again, who told me that the product had been repaired and would be returned. I asked them to replace the product and was told that it was out of stock. I also told them not to let the package arrive at my house. Last 12122016 day I placed an order that was charged to my account on 14122016 not receiving the product and not having information on the status of the order I made several calls in which I got an answering machine indicating to send an email which I did after three emails sent to which no one has responded the days 06012017 13012017 and 24012017 I find that to date 01022017 no one has contacted me to tell me the status of the order or responded to my request for a refund of the amount paid.
