Hello long delivery time shame despite paypal payment

The lead time from order to delivery is around 3 weeks. What's more, 1001 MAQUETTES is about twenty euros more expensive than its competitors, when you compare the same product of the same brand, of course. I wouldn't buy from 1001 MAQUETTES again.

Disappointed with delivery time

Package not packed with sufficient care. A simple cardboard box too large for its container, closed with a single piece of tape on the top...as a result, the box arrived crushed and even torn in places. The box containing my model was therefore folded and one of the parts inside was detached from its support...free warning as nothing was broken, but it makes me reluctant to recommend anything from you...when we know how little care the postal service takes with parcels, we owe it to ourselves to do better!

Bad experience, my order was supposed to be a surprise for my husband's birthday. Order placed paid confirmed 7 days later still nothing. The explanations of 1001 maquette incomprehensible and unjustified. Supposedly shipped. But the model was resold to another person. Conclusion forced to change model. So very disappointed.

The purchase process worked smoothly and there is no reason to criticize. The goods received corresponded to the description and the quality is ok. However, the delivery is a disaster! Waiting three to four weeks after ordering within the EU for a product is unacceptable. Furthermore, I had problems with their support as I received a response but only after two days!!!! But what a disappointment when I arrived..... first of all there was only one copy in my parcel instead of the two promised and moreover the miniature plane was enormous and looked more like a toy than a miniature. Unfortunately, the specified delivery dates did not match the actual delivery. After the purchase, a later delivery date was stated in the order confirmation and the actual delivery took place even later than stated in the order confirmation.
