I ordered a birthday present and my request not to include an invoice with the package was answered and complied with. The model arrived safely after 10 days from France. I would have liked a slightly faster delivery. It is somewhat irritating that the store has both a German and a French site and the status mails are primarily in the correct language but occasionally in French. It was particularly irritating when you ended up in the French store after paying by credit card. But all in all, the order went very well.

I have had no problems to date. The waiting time is satisfactory despite the 11,000 km between mainland France and La Reu.

I ordered a model on 17.04.12 and it was delivered a month later. I suspect it was imported from China. It would be good to inform the customer in the meantime after a certain time. Otherwise everything O.K.
