Order placed on 0109. Should be delivered between 21 and 2509. Finally sent 0210. 11 models ordered (and announced as in stock) 3 were gradually declared unavailable. So I've been collecting discount coupons. No seriousness, no improvement for 1 year (3 orders).

I have been waiting 6 months for the wings of my Fieseler Storch 285 Meter. There has been no reply to the e-mails sent to date. A lawsuit is being handled by my company lawyer in Germany. It looks like a lawsuit in Germany is without much success. You have to sue in France where the sender of the parcel is at home. In Germany, there is only the Internet site. Nobody answered the phone after several attempts. The orders are redirected to France. The e-mails too. The e-mail address is on the page with (.fr. Is France !!!!) I would only pay with Paypal.
Incomplete address so I had to call the delivery man to get my parcel. I find this unacceptable and will no longer order from this site.

The frustration with my Fieseler Storch 285Meter continues. Since I only received the fuselage and no wings. Now they want to send me a package that weighs 32kg. But the whole plane only weighs exactly 81 kg !!! Why the wing weighs 32 kg is inexplicable to me. They put stones in the package. Now they are asking me to pay an additional 100€ to send a 7kg package. I ordered on August 1st and paid correctly. Only the fuselage box was delivered. The wings are still missing today. I have written over 10 e-mails. The plane has cost me 710€ to date. Now another 100€ plus delivery in Switzerland. The excuse of an error in the logistics center is a joke. I will probably have to order the wings from the manufacturer in Vietnam. The color of the wing (yellow) is not available in Switzerland. As of today, 23.10.2017, I still don't have the missing parts in my house. The reply says in a few days ...even after 3 months I still haven't received a wing, tail unit and rudder. Der Frust mit meinem Fieseler Storch 285Meter geht weiter. Da ich ja nur den Rumpf erhalten habve und keine Flügel. Jetzt wollen die mir ein Packet senden Das 32kg wiegt. Der ganze Flieger wiegt aber nur genau 81Kg!! wiso der Flügel 32 kg wiegt ist mir unerklärlich. Da haben die Steine ins Packet gelegt. Nun verlangen sie von mir um ein ca. 7kg Packet zu senden 100€ zusätzlich. Ich habe am 1. August bestellt und korrekt bezahlt. Geliefert wurde nur die fuselage Box. Die Flügel fehlen bis heute. Über 10 E-Mail geschrieben. Der Flieger hat mich bis heute 710€ gekostet. Nun kommen noch 100€ dazu plus Zustellung in der Schweiz. Die Ausrede vom Fehler im Logistik Zentrum ist ein Witz. Die Flügel muss ich wahrscheinlich beim Hersteller in Vietnam bestellen. Die Farbe vom Flügel (gelb) gibt es in der Schweiz nicht. Leider ist immer noch kein Flügel und Leitwerk und Seitensteuer bei mir trotz versprechen eingetroffen. Ich warte schon 4

Well, I am still waiting for them to send me a product that I ordered 5 days ago and that they advertise on their website as 24 hour delivery. If you need it for something urgent I do not recommend the product I do not know what is its quality since I have not received it yet not even the tracking number of the parcel.
I have been waiting 14 days for my order ref. 111147 and they said the delivery time was between 4 and 6 days. Nobody informs me of anything and I have sent 6 mails constantly complaining. They have a horrible customer service. I have called several times to the phone number provided on the website and no one answers. It is the first and last time I buy here. If tomorrow I have not received the product or any information about it, I am going to denounce them.

Goods arrived with outer packaging undamaged but contents including polystyrene absolutely wrecked internally. Some parts were also missing. Emailed the company and tried communicating with them on their website twice and now, 7 days later, still no reply or contact from them. I am willing to find a way forward but they seem to be ignoring the situation. Perhaps a trip to their premises might persuade them to address this properly!

I bought a model airplane Fiseler Storch size 2850mm. But I only received the fuselage. (airframe), the wings, the tail unit and the rudder were not included. A complaint was only answered in English. A return shipment to France easily cost me 150€ Very large package. The package was also incorrectly declared. Had to pay a delivery charge of 60sfr in addition to the ch VAT of 40sfr. My complaint was answered in English. But I ordered in Germany. The whole thing is now costing me 800€ for half a plane, I'll leave the letter as it is and wait for the rest of the delivery. If they iron out the mistake, I'll give them 5 stars. !!!!!

I bought a body and when I received it, it was very damaged and broken at the back. I sent an email to customer service to report the problem and they never replied.
Order placed on August 04 and still being processed. In order to find out why my order is still not being processed, two messages have been sent which have so far gone unanswered.
I'm going to try to be as""honest"" as possible, to start with it's unacceptable to write"" our customers adore us"" when there are so many negative reviews. As far as I'm concerned, I placed an order for more than 100€ validated on July 20 for the site and since July 24 it""has been in process"". Like many people, I naively tried to contact customer service by e-mail to get more details. And you know what .... no answer theoretically this-said service will wake up at the sight of my notice by saying substa""we did not receive your mail"".... This is all the more unacceptable given that the numerous customer service responses to other negative reviews boil down to "our suppliers are behind schedule". When we know that many other internet platforms offer the same services with globally identical prices and that from experience, in the event of a problem, they inform their customers and make a commercial gesture. I can only conclude by saying that, as you will have understood, I don't intend to repeat the experience, and to let my many model-building friends know that this site is unprofessional.

Reply to 1001 maquettes: yes, I did receive your parcel today, but it was too late! And yes the Post Office is right the box was much too big to fit in my Mailbox. What's the point of taking a Colissimo without a signature if I have to take a day off work to receive your package!!!! AND NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOUR WEBSITE given the lack of interest you show in your customers. Very disappointed parcel still not received after 5 days despite almost 10 € postage colissimo without signature. At 1001 maquettes they tell me it's the Post Office's fault. At the post office, the package doesn't fit in your box.

1 year ago to the day on 080716I ordered a model (lotus type 72c 1970 from ebbro:ref EMSF001)paid 10751euros cashed the next day but still not received the order! After several emails, the last one with a reply dated 160916 from a certain Guillaume Mortier, no more replies, they take people for fools, while on my account on their site the order is still being processed! I've stopped the emailsbut they've still been cashing the money for a year. Don't order from them as long as it's ok, it's ok and they're more expensive!
Parcel not yet received already 1 month late although it was marked in stock it should wait to be restocked but the package was lost so they sent me one at their expense they told me but with a carrier very slow except that I basically paid for a fast delivery and they do not want to make any gesture I'm still waiting for my package I do not recommend to buy

Unreliable and irritating seller. Purchase made a month ago responds with dropper with communications that only serve to stall. At the last request for information repeated twice to get an e-mail in response they wrote to me: ""We have contacted our logistician. We will let you know."". It's been a week and I still don't know anything. By now I am convincing myself that I threw my money away. The delivery address in my order and in their order confirmation is correct and corresponds to a company where there is always someone ready to receive.
A C H T U N G A C H T U N G FRAUD SUSPECTED The goods were ordered and paid for on May 19. No goods to date (June 14) and no response from customer service since June 9. This smells like FRAUD - whoever orders here should have the money left and order the goods elsewhere! Can only say: FINGER WEG !
The shipping process is slow since I ordered until it was shipped 5 days passed when the payment was made on the same day. The company despite using a .es domain is not located in Spain but in France which makes shipping more expensive and takes longer. I am used to buy in Europe and normally in 4 days things arrive not in 10 as it has happened and that the shipment was to a metropolitan area of Madrid. If you are in a hurry look elsewhere. ----------------------- Regarding the response from the web the tracking says the following paid on the 31st the day 2 DHL receives the tracking number but the package is not processed (does not really arrive at DHL) until day 6. The reality is that the package has not been delivered to the agency until a week later. From the time the package is delivered to the agency to its delivery if two days but it is 1001 maquetas who defaults by not actually processing the order. I really doubt that 1001 maquetas has in stock everything that I ordered.
