The offer is very attractive, but the rates are prohibitive.
A few days after placing an order for a model, customer service got in touch to tell me that the product was out of stock and that the restocking date was estimated at 4-5 weeks. With no further certainty provided, I opted for a refund (now in progress). I appreciate the customer service's spontaneous contact, even if given the amount involved (just over €450) it was a minimum. I can also understand the announced restocking delay, given the origin. What doesn't encourage me at all to try again is, on the one hand, the number of reviews posted here mentioning this problem and, on the other hand, the fact that at the time of ordering this model was indicated as being in stock in 5 copies (unless I'm mistaken, that's still the case today! ). I think it's a pity to make it so difficult for people to know how many items are in stock, which must require a much heavier follow-up, and which has to be done for a certain number of items. In my case, it was shooting myself in the foot, because going from a stock of 5 announced to 0 in reality makes me wonder about the very existence of stock tracking, and doesn't really give a feeling of reliability. D
When we ordered we were told that it would take 3 to 4 working days, but the model was delivered 13 days later because it was not in stock. We would have liked to know this at the time of purchase....c was for our son and the wait was too long.
The box arrived completely broken as it did not come with protective packaging. They have sent directly the box of the model that is a very thin cardboard wrapped with plastic. It was to make a gift and the appearance was horrible. For this that would not have increased their costs much I will not buy again in this store because you risk that the merchandise arrives destroyed.

The model is fine what I didn't like is that I didn't know when it was going to arrive the tracking number they sent me by email was not correct I tried to contact them to solve the issue and I got nothing. They did not reply to my email. That's why the score is so low.

I placed an order for a model on September 4 paying for a shipping service that promised to deliver the package between September 6 and 8. On the 7th I sent them an email asking about the status of the package and was told that it would arrive the following day (which was Saturday the 8th) or early the following week. I was also told that the tracking code would certainly be provided to me on the 8th. I told them how unhappy I was as I had paid extra money for it to be delivered between the 6th and the 8th. Trying to contact them in multiple ways I was given the tracking code on Monday via customer service chat. Finally the package arrived on the 12th and they mailed me the tracking code the day before. The package was correct and arrived in good condition. Overall my rating is bad and I am disappointed.

I sent off for the Douglas Bader… I sent off for the Douglas Bader spitfire model it arrived today in a plain brown box which was in perfect condition ""But"" when I opened it to reveal the kit box I was not please one bit, the kit box was battered infact if I had gone to a local model shop and it was the last kit in stock I would not have brought it in that condition. I will certainly not be purchasing anything from this seller again .

Excellent customer service and delivery (on time). On the other hand, the product (dolphin helicopter) had obviously already been opened because it was damaged (landing gear detached). The item was sold out but there was no mention of any discount.

Why does it take so long for delivery of my order? Why does it take 10 days from the time of my order (30 July) for you to pull two small sheets of decals from your stocks, put them in an envelope and mail them? Why did you not forward to me the tracking number of my order as you said you would do? Why did you omit CALIFORNIA from my address that I gave you? Why did you include my postal code mixed in with a bunch of other numbers making it very difficult to know where the package was going? This probably explains why it took another 16 days from the time you put the package in the mail to the time I received it yesterday (25 Aug)

A little disappointed with the reception of my order 4 models ordered on 25718received 3 models on 23718 1° non respect of the delivery time 2° incomplete order 3° packing shipment suffered from the tansportwith the consequences that can be guessed. i keep my confidence in youdespite these small hassles hoping that these worries will not have any resonnance in my future ordersin which case my preference will go to other suppliers.

Goods ok. and quite inexpensive but 6 weeks for delivery put shipping directly from China clearly in the shade
Although I already had a shipping confirmation, I was asked several times to complete the process. Result: unnecessary e-mail traffic ...and all for about 20 €. The delivered model fully met my expectations.
Arrived damaged I have glued on the broken head of the figure and have already painted the two figures and installed them in a model. No further reaction is therefore necessary.

As you would imagine, it was damaged at some point in transit. 1001 was quick enough to dispatch another without cost to replace it. But, it arrived in a cushioned envelope - damaged... If you read this 1001, use boxes, even little ones to protect the product. They were quick enough with the full refund however, so 'acceptable' service in that I got my money back without hassle. Thank you.

I purchased decals for a model plane I was working on and the decals looked great and I put them on with no problems.
The shipment and the attention of 10 but the model very bad. There were parts that were missing holes and others that did not fit well ...
I chose this site for the large choice of paints and the timely delivery, but despite the large choice, the prices of the models are way out of line. for example, the astrolabe at 356.25 with the 6% discount, i found it at 219 on another site.
The delivery time was very good. And the preparation of the order was very quick, perhaps too quick as the packaging was basic. A little more I lost one of the parts of my order. What's more, the catalog I should have received was replaced by a simple moto.... poster, so I was a little disappointed.
