Lots of choice on 1001 maquettes, but beware of competitors who are more competitive. You need to be vigilant, because delivery times are not always respected. The delivery of packages is on the slow side because they work with Bpost DHL or Fedex or UPS is better in terms of delivery time I would also like to receive an email when exactly my package is delivered (day and time) For the rest of the material I am satisfied

I have mixed feelings about my experience. My two the witcher figurines did indeed arrive. However, the care taken with the package was minimal, with only the two boxes of figurines bound together with black film. Fortunately, there was no damage except for a slight dent on one of the boxes. What's more, we receive far too many e-mails, no doubt to give the illusion that your order will reach you in record time. However, 1001 maquettes sells us a dream when it displays in stock on a product. This product will in fact be in stock when they buy it from another site. This obviously lengthens lead times, and while you can expect it in a week, it can take more than twice as long. That said, I recommend this site as long as

A few days after placing an order for a model, customer service got in touch to tell me that the product was out of stock and that the restocking date was estimated at 4-5 weeks. With no further certainty provided, I opted for a refund (now in progress). I appreciate the customer service's spontaneous contact, even if given the amount involved (just over €450) it was a minimum. I can also understand the announced restocking delay, given the origin. What doesn't encourage me at all to try again is, on the one hand, the number of reviews posted here mentioning this problem and, on the other hand, the fact that at the time of ordering this model was indicated as being in stock in 5 copies (unless I'm mistaken, that's still the case today! ). I think it's a pity to make it so difficult for people to know how many items are in stock, which must require a much heavier follow-up, and which has to be done for a certain number of items. In my case, it was shooting myself in the foot, because going from a stock of 5 announced to 0 in reality makes me wonder about the very existence of stock tracking, and doesn't really give a feeling of reliability. D
When we ordered we were told that it would take 3 to 4 working days, but the model was delivered 13 days later because it was not in stock. We would have liked to know this at the time of purchase....c was for our son and the wait was too long.
The box arrived completely broken as it did not come with protective packaging. They have sent directly the box of the model that is a very thin cardboard wrapped with plastic. It was to make a gift and the appearance was horrible. For this that would not have increased their costs much I will not buy again in this store because you risk that the merchandise arrives destroyed.
