Great service from across the Atlantic! 1001 model kits really came through for me on some decals I had been searching for. The communication was great, and even though it took a little time to get the decals I was full aware of what was going on. The service was as good as the communication, and when the order was shipped it arrived quickly and in great order. I will shop there again. Brandon

My interlocutor was very understanding and accommodating (in the face of errors on my part) reactive regarding the availability of the products ordered and the delivery time. Roughly a week, if not a tad more. Way too long to prep an order, unless you're offsetting that with free shipping.

I find the site well constructed, with facilities for searching for models according to a number of different criteria. Order processing is fairly quick and without any major problems. A very good site for all budding modelers as well as novices in the field.
