Dissatisfied because for a package that should arrive in 4 days ordered and paid on June 12, 2018 we are June 20 and the package has still not left""entrepots"" de Normandie !!!!!! 15 days between order and delivery Time far too long

I'm sorry that the order preparation time is so long, almost a week. What's more, the box is huge for two small boxes - huge volume = very high international shipping costs. No personal note in the box either, even though this is done almost everywhere. You can feel that the boxes have been put in the box and that's a shame.
