Had to wait weeks for package, even though everything was in stock, every time another delivery date finally able to pick up and then the order was not complete. Tried for days to contact customer service both by phone and email for a solution to this problem but no response so far. Hopeless
I wanted to cancel my order before it was prepared, but they refused because the item was in stock and they were unable (or unwilling) to process the request. Very disappointing. No commercial sense. Avoid
Delivery deadlines were unilaterally changed by months, and the cost of the unavailable and unshipped product was retained by the seller and not refunded, nor was clarification given to the request for action.
Until today no problem but since this order remained without answer no parcel, it is certain that the current deliveries are to reform that errors everywhere the post office the deliverer a souc thank you to answer all the same, of delivers, before next year cordially
Never received the parcel it is the amentable and paid and not refunded it is a scandal I will speak about it on Internet of this very bad experiance
My experience is downright bad. I only received a package after several weeks which contained only half of the goods ordered 2 items worth €45.60 were not !!!! delivered. While I did receive an email claiming that all goods were delivered. Several emails to the customer service is so far not !!!! You are not reachable by phone. So I certainly do not recommend you and will also ask the modeling website Scalemates to remove your link from their website !!!
Good evening, I ordered a 1/10 Ferrari Tamiya body and I received something else, a game box.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE! My experience was disastrous, please do not buy here, they have terrible customer service and do not allow you to cancel orders. My order took months to arrive. when I tried to contact them by phone to ask for updates on my order they asked me to be patient as we had a mutual commitment, after weeks of not knowing anything I tried to cancel my order due to this situation and my calls went unanswered and my emails took almost a week to be answered. They would not let me cancel my order and sent me a very poorly packaged package with damage to the product boxes.

After emailing if the Mercedes would be the correct model it was claimed that it was. The final model I received was an American model. Too bad!!!
Long delivery time because they also have to order it first and then they say it is in stock but they just lie. Will never order anything there again either, I will order it myself from America
I pre-ordered two limited edition cuddly toys, but after a four-week delay I only received one, while both were invoiced. Since then, my emails and phone calls have not been answered. Impossible to get a refund. This site is a scam.

Only problems with this site I received 1 product out of 2 but that was none of the 2 products I ordered and 0 refunds...
My order arrived incomplete after an eternally extended delivery time of over a month. I still haven't received any feedback from customer service regarding this order and the lack of a product.
Order placed on Tuesday and expected to be delivered on Thursday. Delay reported immediately. Half of order received 10 days later. Other half cancelled and PROMISE of refund (pending). Blatant lack of professionalism. Take a leaf out of AMAZON's book (for the better). I will not order again. I hope to be reimbursed for half my order soon. A site to forget.
Slow, incomplete order, slow to answer and poor communication management.
Still waiting on my 11-10-2024 order sended mails via youre website no response called 30-10-2024 promised me i get it on 6-11-2024 still nothing its 8-11-2024 this is not how you treat youre customers
The order is ( decals set) has been in transit for a month and only shipped after a second email from me. Then it also turns out that they delivered the wrong decals
Catastrophic delivery due to poor packaging and broken glass bottles, refund still awaiting a missing product. And waiting for full compensation for the order.
Wrong item sent. Contradictory Ad which I showed them. Didn't offer exchange but a discount on next order. Stuck with decals I can't use and loss of my money.........DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
I have nothing against ordering but the conditions of the 1001PRIME program changed during the year by modifying the free shipping tier, a shame. Thanks to the support team who were very competent but this greatly diminishes the attractiveness of the site.
1st order and what a disappointment! Order placed on 09/09/2024 for a game in stock on 04/10/2024 the order is cancelled without any warning or a call from me. Strangely enough most stores have received the restocking of this product but not the odd one. The site can be proud of being French but does no better than a dubious foreign site.
Not to be recommended: it took almost 3 weeks to deliver a 1/48-scale airplane model that was out of stock on the shelves. However, 48 hours after the order was placed, the value of the item was deducted from the bank account, which just goes to show that you can sell without a second thought, even if you know you won't be able to deliver within the announced timeframe. Lame!!!
WHEREAS, the order, as communicated at the time of purchase, was supposed to arrive by a certain date and arrived markedly later! Once delivered I found that a product was missing, after several calls to the service center, which made me fill out a claim form, I learned that the product, contrary to what was indicated, was not in stock and therefore was not sent to me! Instead of crediting the amount back to my credit card (for the value of the missing product) they made me a voucher that I will be forced to use within 30 days, resulting in the inconvenience of having to place a new order which, if less than 100 euros will be burdened by shipping costs effectively making the voucher useless! Very bad buying experience!
Limited stock. Too long to replenish it, also after seeing that I was going to catch the arrival of the shipment while on vacation I sent them an email in which they replied that they would hold it until it arrived to just then do the opposite and send it. Conclusion: I was not at home when the shipment arrived and I had to go to the post office to pick it up, which is nowhere near my home. I will not repeat.
The majority of products pre-ordered on the site were widely available elsewhere, incompetent amateurs to be shunned.

The item I ordered took two weeks to ship, then it came from France to the US, then from the US back to France, then finally was delivered in broken condition. The packaging was only the item inside of a brown box with no protection. I have reached out for a way forward on a replacement or return but haven’t heard anything. Disappointed and learned my lesson on doing business with 1001hobbies.
Material arrives in.less than what you say you sent open boxes some broken and want an opinion after emails and emails with never a response as now ... sent others but answers nothing ... I bought in a week so much and should have already left according to your rules but nothing I no longer know whether to trust seeing what I got this is the ugliest purchase I've ever made and it's a lot of money I hope you solve and answer you have customers who pay you right away with paypal ...

Of the last order of 7 units, 3 are missing, they have NOT arrived: the decals to 1/72 of the I-15 (I know you still have them). The decals to 1/48 of the I-16 (Moscas al ataque) and a model to 1/48 of Eduard of the type 18. I can not be happy, I hope for a solution, the order said that it came ALL.

Unreliable site. 10 days after the scheduled delivery date, the parcel still hasn't arrived, and you have to harass customer service to get any information. You're finally promised a refund... which never arrives, as the parcel arrives without warning after 4 weeks. Not professional
