No worries with my order, it was a bit long but they replied to my email.. received my order two days later thank you

1. The extra protection of the helicopter for an additional cost of €2.50 was just a piece of newspaper, I expected a different type of filling! 2. The cardboard box was creased from transport, there was a label saying "fragile" on it but I think the transport did not take this into account. 3. The tail rotor of the helicopter was rolling around in the cardboard box, even a wing was broken off the tail rotor. I was able to reassemble this with glue. 4. In short, more care needs to be taken with the packaging of such fragile goods. Best regards, Johan
