Negative experience regarding shipping. First they made a mistake with the shipping method I had selected and told me they would refund the difference between the shipping I paid for and the one I used but after more than 2 weeks I still haven't received the difference. The shipment finally arrived after a week

Just one comment: the descriptions displayed in your catalog only give the scale and not the dimensions of some of the models to be built, which is annoying if you want to get an idea of the dimensions of the construction.

Package arrived on time but unfortunately the model box is missing ~80% of the parts, which are impossible to assemble in these conditions. 1001Maquette contacted me by e-mail and I'm waiting for their reply to see how to solve this problem. The lead time from order to delivery is around 3 weeks. What's more, 1001 MAQUETTES is about twenty euros more expensive than its competitors, when you compare the same product of the same brand, of course. I wouldn't buy from 1001 MAQUETTES again.

Package not packed with sufficient care. A simple cardboard box too large for its container, closed with a single piece of tape on the top...as a result, the box arrived crushed and even torn in places. The box containing my model was therefore folded and one of the parts inside was detached from its support...free warning as nothing was broken, but it makes me reluctant to recommend anything from you...when we know how little care the postal service takes with parcels, we owe it to ourselves to do better!
