I have never had such a bad company. Delivery took 10 days. Returns just as long. And I've been waiting 5 weeks for my money. Last week I was in the live chat with an employee and went through all the data again and NOTHING happens. When I send a message NOTHING happens. Never again with 1001 Modellbau. Simply catastrophic.
I received all the items I had ordered but did not receive any reply or information after sending an e-mail. So I received the goods after about 14 days of anxiety. The selection of products is great but the information and delivery time cannot be estimated. I am therefore somewhat dissatisfied with the service for further orders. Unfortunately not comprehensible for me. I pay by bank transfer and unfortunately also had a bad experience. Greetings Wittig
Your best choice would be not to order on this site.....refusal to deliver an order already cashed.....product available on the site.....no response to 1 e.mail after a week of waiting.....after cashing the payment you are asked to take something else.....I do not want it if I went through them it was for this product....a reported the model that I paid has also increased in price so if I want it I must again spit in the bassinet.......very mafia com

Site to be proscribed and banned. Out of 4 orders, 3 had supply and lead time problems (whereas on the site the material was ""in stock"" or available within 6 days). My last order, which I had the misfortune to place, was dated November 08, 2016 (the equipment was available, so there was no delay) ..... Parcel still not delivered and no news from 1001 maquettes despite several reminders. Thank you 1001 Maquettes for your long lead times and for not following up our orders.
Ordered on December 5 for a birthday present on December 20 (wooden boat to build). I only saw the negative reviews afterwards and crossed my fingers to avoid them. Missed! I got there early to avoid any problems and it was a failure, I had to make another purchase elsewhere... Parcel delivered and to my great surprise the package is super light and not very bulky... I opened it and was astonished to find only a box of fittings. I call customer service, which answers with great difficulty after X attempts, and I'm told that the package will be reshipped as soon as possible by Collissimo and that I'll be sent a confirmation e-mail so that I can have everything as soon as possible. No e-mail received, no sound, no image, I have a fittings box that cost me an arm and a leg (180€).

I still haven't received my order n° 90345 placed on 13112016 we are still on 04122016. On the other hand, the money has been debited from my account and quite quickly compared to the delivery time.

Slow delivery and poor quality item. Very disappointed. Delivery took 10 days. The paint, Humbrol Polished Steel, was very poor- separated into solid clumps and liquid, despite stirring, and was not fit for purpose. This is really Humbrol's fault but the supplier should ensure it supplies decent products. The definitions for the star ratings seem heavy on 'friction' and 'conduct'. I had no problems in these areas, but the whole experience was still Bad

For my part, I find this site to be a real dud. I order three articles all in stock in the category""accessoires train"". Still no delivery after 23 days. Sent three emails with no reply. Impossible to contact them by phone as the customer service number is a disc which asks you to contact them by email (to which they do not reply). I make a claim via Paypal on Friday and miraculously on Monday I'm told that an item is missing and I'm offered a credit note or the possibility of ordering other accessories. I replied that I was no longer interested and asked for my order to be cancelled. Once again, they turned a deaf ear and sent me my order with a credit note, which did not include shipping costs. (forced sale) Given the small sums involved, and to put an end to this spiral, I ordered other accessories for the amount of the credit note, again with shipping costs at my expense. I've just received my second order after 15 days. In the meantime, to make sure I didn't miss my grandson's birthday, I ordered from l'atelier du train, which I received in three days.

I ordered an item from the store on 21.10.2016. This was reported to me on 24.10.2016 as shipped but unfortunately has not arrived until today 07.11.2016. Something like this does not have to be the fault of the model store. What is annoying, however, is that my attempts to contact the seller - apart from an automated reply - were simply ignored. So I have no goods and with this type of customer service it will be extremely difficult to get back the money I have already paid. I should probably close the account I created...

After almost a month and a half I am still waiting for my order. I would not worry if there was communication but after several failed attempts to contact them by email to know their status I decided to open a dispute with Paypal because it seemed to me that they were teasing me. Needless to say they have not even responded to the dispute but luckily Paypal is responsive and I am confident that I will at least receive my money back.

I now have to purchase a Supermarine Spitfire MK 9 model kit to obtain the model I thought I was purchasing. They need to make it very clear on the website that you will be paying of OVERPRICED bits of plastic.

3 weeks of delay in delivery and when I wanted to return the order (after 2 emails) I was told that it was no longer possible.

I placed an order at the beginning of July and the parcel never arrived. After checking with the site at the end of August, they offered to cancel my order. And this day the 09-09-16 they announce me that refunding cannot be made since the parcel would have arrived the 20-07-16........ Decal order Not happy with the service.....after seeing and paying one price for decals, my invoice for billing showed a higher price of about $4.50 higher than should have been....They said orders will be shipped in about 6-8 days after receving. which was on Aug 17,...its now been over 2 weeks and my order says its still being processed...I have written them twice asking about my order and as of yet no reply..I understand it comes out of France, but there should be some connection here...Customer service is a 617 area code...so NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!
