My order was placed on March 25 and arrived today, May 4. Among other things, I had ordered an avro lancaster model and the pack with the 8 paints. None of the paints match the model. Few days later another mail telling me package is being handled should be on it's way soon. Since then not a single word of communication no updates nothing. Already two weeks late all I got was a mail giving me a �5- discount on the next order. How about finishing my current order first? Then we'll see if your ""services"" are required again.

I ordered a TRX4 CHASSIS KIT on 23032020 with mode in 3 payments. The package is supposed to have been shipped on 11042020. To date? A (bleep). Can you explain to me then why it is showing as SHIPPED? I give you maximum next week as time then starts the communication by legal way!!!!! PS: I can't give more than 3 stars sorry!
