There are a good range of kits. I went through the order process but an error occurred with validation of payment. I then had an on-line chat which was very good but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.
I placed an order for a rafale C model at 200euros and it arrived in parts. I'm really disappointed, so I'd like to request a return and a refund.
After I placed my order, I made a mistake. I had ordered glue and 3 jars of paint mix, but I received 2 jars in the first package. Following this, I replied to the satisfaction documentation, stating my problem and pressing the""I would like to contact the team; obviously it didn't work the first time. I had to contact them again to get the jar back. There seemed to be a problem with the parcel as the team did scan the 3 jars but 2 jars arrived. Otherwise a good site with plenty of choice and very fast delivery.
A single photo of the model with two different-colored pieces on it, one blue and one yellow. A yellow one arrived. Good quality model (especially at this price) but more precise information would have been appreciated.

I am very disappointed with the responsiveness of the parcel delivery service. A parcel was supposed to arrive within 4 days, but I've been waiting 14 days to receive it. I was able to contact customer service by phone, but the person I spoke to just told me that the parcel was blocked by mondial relay, without offering any solution or even contacting me since. I'm still grateful for the wide choice offered by the site, but this big problem has changed my mind.

The update set was delivered in a package that was too small. The goods arrived severely bent. Otherwise the delivery times were not as stated I had to wait a week longer. The phone number I called seemed to be a call center, the lady hardly spoke or understood German.
Good processing Quality also ok. But the gears are not available individually. I only needed one but had to buy 4. The delivery time is really too long. The whole thing took 2 weeks.
