After 2 months still waiting for my refund 17 june - I've sended several emails, no response, no money back, still waiting for my €138. 12 july: received an e mail after my review on trustpilot, but still waiting for my money.
I am disappointed I ordered a light blue car as mentioned on my order and I received a pink car.
Foreign Languages on Customer Service, I don't speak Chinese. frustrating. I called to check on my order and got a Chinese message, tried to send online message and it was only in french. ordered 3 weeks ago and i still don't have my package, it took ten days before they even shipped it. no tracking etc etc etc. The worst.

I will never order here again I ordered on 09.05.16 because the article was not available I have requested a refund today we have the 06.07.16 and my money has not been transferred back until today although my bank details are available. I think this is outrageous, first you are put off and then suddenly there is no response to emails sent. I can only advise everyone to pay via paypal otherwise you will only have trouble.
Ordered two models and one set of decals shipping by DHL courier with surcharge of 12€ approx. Of the two models ordered only one arrives of the other only the decals the shipment instead of express courier is made by regular mail. Absent customer service they do not answer emails nor the phone they are absolutely not customer oriented.

I purchased a Nobler ARF but due to insufficient packaging it arrived with a crushed wing.
I am deeply disappointed this is an abuse. it was in the section of miniatures of airplanes and at no time it was informed that it was a sticker. THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS EXORBITANT.
I ordered the product that was available on date 1105. They write me on date 2405 that the purchased product was precisely sent on 2405 i.e. well 14 days after my order!!!! I receive on date 2505 (today) a message from DHL telling me that my product will be delivered on 3005!!!!!!!!! Very bad service! i will never buy from this site again

So to get an answer from their so-called reactive customer service, you really have to be lucky, then the e-mails you receive are very badly done (see link imgur(dot)comyuJPPNw) and finally the product you receive is in an almost unacceptable state (dusty and broken box!!) On April 04, 2016 I ordered a plate of decals for which "1001 Maquettes" first indicated a delivery between 12 and 1404 by letter as the product requested was not in stock. On 2104 I was finally informed that it would be sent by "priority letter" and a colieco was finally sent with delivery within 5 to 7 days. As of today, May 09, 2016, I still haven't received anything.... My reminders from 2904 have never been answered, and neither have today's reminders from 0905! The "reactive" customer service is absent on every call. The e-mail is unapproachable because I didn't put in the right password, even though I used it to log in to my personal 1001 Maquettes account! The chat is useless. We meow but never get an echo! The "connection" for sending messages directly to their site is a bottomless pit from which nothing ever emerges, but they promise to reply to your truncated return e-mail address! La Poste lco which was provided to me the latter not having had to enter the postal network ..... Bravo 1001 Maquettes for all this accumulation of non-standard performance that prevents us from contacting you effectively and waiting to receive the products without x weeks of delay!!!! I sent a CD for 1.60 EUR in priority mail received in less than 24h For 3.99 EUR of postal charges 1001 Maquettes could have the delicacy to send in letter even green when there is already delay existing.... I made 2 orders in the first one after waiting more than a month they tell me that there are 2 products that they do not have and that they send me the order without those products giving me vouchers for the value of those products thus forcing me to repeat the bad experience of buying them again to redeem those vouchers.in my second experience after waiting more than a month again they do the same thing again there is a product that they do not have and they want to give me another voucher.a shame.

ANSWER: I have checked as you ask me to do on your website and on it you specify "" the package will be delivered 7 to 9 days after receipt of the "". Now what you could do is verify that my payment was made on the 5th ( invoice #072471 201645) and not the 15th and I received it on the 22nd that is 14 business days and 18 calendar days NOT 7 and NOT 9 something that also has nothing to do with receiving it with broken parts because of the lousy packaging and which you have not mentioned anything about. What is unfair is to give bad service and not admit it to improve it. Gr

I placed my order in early January (over 100.- Euros) and never received it! I contacted the after-sales service in March by e-mail, as telephone assistance was nowhere to be found. They replied within the hour, telling me to come back to me with more information... I'm still waiting for their explanations. Although I've written to them 2 or 3 times, they haven't replied! It's now April and I'm no longer waiting for a delivery that will never arrive, but I'd like to have my money.

I ordered on 010316 order being processed the next day 020316 until then everything is normal 050316 I decide to leave a message on the order to have news I receive a message telling me that an item is out of stock (5 to 7 days as stipulated) so there no worries I wait until 110316 still no response! while normally the waiting time is between 5 and 7 days not ten days. I also decided on 1103 to retract my order (no reply even on my mailbox) on 1503 I receive a message on my mailbox telling me that my order is going to be shipped I reply to this message saying that I have made a retraction request but I'm told that it's too late! really disappointed I'll order my models elsewhere I hope that the refund will be made more "" delivery ""!

I ordered on 24.01.16 Revell colors on 05.02.16 came an email that they are now being shipped is advertised with 7 to 9 days. On 11.02.16 another email came with a shipment tracking it said: ""The delivery time is from 5 to 7 days."" In the meantime I had given up hope and got the colors elsewhere. When they arrived I wanted to make use of my 30-day right of return. There was no return slip to be found so I packed a parcel and sent it back to France for €10 postage to the address given for returns. They refused to accept the return and the package was returned on March 14. I have written off the money for the colors, this is not a business practice, I can only recommend everyone not to shop there.

I sent two emails via the site's online message app requesting a change to the order. No reply. Now I get a message nine days later saying they shipped the order before reading my change request. I will NOT order from this company again. I need to know I can contact someone if I have a problem or question, and 1001 Modelkits does not fill that bill.
