Model not in stock. I ordered a model that said they had two available and it turned out not to be in stock. After ten days I am requesting a return. We will see if that happens. I believe they fool you into believing they have product in stock.

Product shows as in stock Product shows as in stock, I place an order, pay a pound or two more than the site shows (I put that down to sloppy exchange rate conversions) then 19 days later, with several emails telling me they are waiting for stock, I get an email saying that it is in stock but they will dispatch it as soon as it's in stock. The emails say not to reply to the email but to use the site which then gives the exact same email address or use their chat which coincidentally says it's not available a couple of minutes after I sent a complaint

Very bad! I bought a model of a Japanese sports car and a Lamborghini model with a delivery date between September 4 and 6. When you're just starting out and need advice, that's not cool. August 29, 2019: Following your response below you want me to answer what since you do not give me more information.
