As a first-time customer As a first-time customer, not overly impressed. Despite all my items being listed as 'in stock, dispatched within 24 hours' the order sat for nearly two weeks awaiting shipment. When I queried why it was so slow it was finally dispatched. As to why it was so slow I wasn't told.

Good site, although lacking in rarer items such as vintage aircraft, and fast, responsive shipping.... perhaps too responsive, as they sent me several emails and especially sms messages on my mobile because I'd looked at an item but hadn't ordered it. So not bad, but don't have a sales policy that's too agreeable.

DELIVERY TIME TOO LONG The dispatch note mentions May 3rd. But in fact the parcel only left on May 14th. There was no response from customer service. I will not use this company again.

After 20 days I have not received anything . Only one communication after my requests with a very stupid answer that smacks of an apology . I will take legal action against these pseudo sellers Continue to publish lies . In the reply sent.a.ma it talks about a technical error on the part of your shipping department . I take legal action I do not intend to lose 75 euros .

15 days between order and delivery Time far too long

I'm sorry that the order preparation time is so long, almost a week. What's more, the box is huge for two small boxes - huge volume = very high international shipping costs. No personal note in the box either, even though this is done almost everywhere. You can feel that the boxes have been put in the box and that's a shame.

The best thing for you to do right now is to lower all your models to 25%. I wanted to order a Bismarck, a German battleship. But looking at other sites, the same box was 10EUR less.

I ordered a model and had it sent by collissimo. it's been about 8 to 9 days that i've been waiting for the delivery ...it's slowing down with the cost of express delivery billed of course it's going to be the post office's fault the concierge etc. well change the delivery company. i live in paris i'd have wasted less time by going to a model store which i'll do next time.

The delivery took a long time and there was no news for several days, but the quality of the product was exceptional.

Products conformed and delivery time respected, but the items were stacked one on top of the other without any protection in a cardboard-type pouch. Some of the products were made of glass, which could have been shattered if delivered in a glass container.

I wouldn't mind this if the shipping was free, however it was an extra £5.99 on top of the order cost. For that sort of money, you would expect a bit more protection. The prices are very expensive and the shipping costs also expensive. I cannot be told to pay almost 15€ to ship a single item is as an answer I am told that it is the cost of the courier and if instead you spend almost 40€ the courier charges themselves are reduced almost by half. Inconsistency at its best

Processing time from online order to dispatch is quite long at 6 days. Then there was another very long delivery time. I ordered online on 5.4. the shipment was sent on 11.4. and I received it on 19.4. That's definitely too long for me.

I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number, but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.
