Slechte communicatie, trage levering Twee weken geleden mij bestelling geplaatst, alles zou binnen 24 uur verzonden worden volgens de website maar is pas na 11 dagen thuis bezorgd. Verzending zou een week na bestellen al zijn verstuurd, achteraf blijkt dat ze vanuit Frankrijk verzenden en dat duurt ongeveer een week voor t in Nederland is. Na een week navraag gedaan over de status maar dan wordt een standaard antwoord verstuurd wat neerkomt op geduld hebben.

Bought a set of twelve small metal airplanes but there was only one inside the package so I contacted the company for an explanation. There was an error on the site on their part that was not clear so they were giving me a voucher of Eur. 500 but in my opinion they had to give me back the shipping costs and the amount I paid for the product because I was not interested in the voucher!!!

Suggestion on packaging improvement. Communications were excellent. Shipping time was good. The quality of the item-decal set for an airliner-is very good. The decal set is very complete. The painting diagram is a plus. The set came inside a zip-lock bag. My only complaint and why I gave only four (4) stars is that the packaging could be improved: There is creasing damage to one part of the decals. I think this will still apply OK but time will tell. Not trusting to only a padded envelope but adding a piece of card stock inside the envelope would be a way to reduce possibilities of postal services transit damages.

My last two orders were very good both in quality and speed. But the previous order never arrived. I communicated it to 1001 maquetas but they never gave me any solution.

Model delivered promptly. Compared to the price, the content (spare parts, quality...) is average. The assembly manual is not very good. The assembly descriptions are incomplete and the few photos are of poor quality. There isn't enough wood to finish the deck formwork, even though I've kept offcuts to a strict minimum. In short, average value for money.

I placed my order on 07/01/2018 I placed my order on 07/01/2018, and it has not yet arrived. I got an email saying it had been processed, but when I check the website it says ""still processing"". Their phone number says open 9-5 weekdays, but I've now tried 5 times, and the UK number says its closed, and then a couple of times the same number has gone through to French answer machine. I've left voicemail and emailed with no response, and the web chat function on the website does not appear. I've found no way of contacting them, all I want is to know what the problem is and when my order will arrive!
A boat model ordered was finally unavailable, but I wasn't warned. So the model was changed. An accessory kit sent incomplete then completed 8 days later. Finally, an order placed on December 10 was settled on January 12, after several exchanges by e-mail and several phone calls on my part. Nevertheless, a commercial gesture was noted: delivery of qq products in addition to my initial order. A 1st purchasing experience that did not disappoint me.

Receiving a model with only the instructions and decals but without the assembly parts is very disappointing.
I order the paints and everything works fine. Then I get an e-mail telling me that one of the paints is missing and they give me a credit note (not a refund!) I get another e-mail, the paint is back in stock and I can recommend it and use my credit note... I recommend it and then, surprise, I'm charged shipping again (7.99€), which is a lot of money for a can of paint (plus I can't find where to use the credit). The next day, I see that they've assembled the 2 orders, but they didn't take away the 2nd shipping charge. But the funniest thing was that I received my parcel without the famous missing paint. no explanation, but the person was very kind and re-sent the order, which I hope will arrive soon. To get it I placed another order and after reading and rereading the pages I finally found it, but I need to improve the system and make sure I find it ju

Non-transparent company ( apparently Dutch company with shipping from Germany with email traffic via France ) relatively long shipping time 10 days. Ordered article was however completely in order.
