Never received my order
Order (E4KZT6RXN) placed over a month ago and still not sent (no reply to my emails). What's more, the merchant is asking you to place a new order for missing items (even though they are indicated as available on his site), with the items already paid for being returned to you, but with new shipping costs to be paid by you, knowing that the shipping costs are double the amount of the items ordered and that, for me, 4 items are missing (in addition to the order that was not sent), I'm looking at 15 euros in shipping costs for items that have already been paid for. If they're dealing with customers who place large orders like the one I placed (over 160 euros), their store won't last long. For my part, this is the last time I'll be ordering from this site.
Hello I ordered two models at the beginning of November. I waited more than a month for delivery (10 days announced on your site) to realize that one of the two articles did not correspond to my wishes. You sent me a colissimo return label (French postal service) even though I live in Belgium. I managed to get a friend who was going to spend a few days in France to make the return and colissimo announced that you had indeed received the package on 31122015. Since then I've had 2 emails 1 voicemail 1 chat with no response from you in order to get my order refunded. Who are we kidding? Not a single piece of information. Not a single message. Not a single reply to my requests... I don't like to give negative reviews because I believe that everyone has to work and a negative review isn't necessarily the best publicity for a company, but you've crossed the line here. Please contact me as I will be filing a complaint for theft and fraud with the appropriate authorities at the end of the week.
Missing and broken parts. When I received my model, it had 1 broken part and 2 missing parts.. I contacted the company. They said they would send the parts. Still no parts after several months. I contacted again. They said send photos of the parts from the assembly sheet with parts circled. Still no parts after more months. I contacted again, now they won't answer me. It has now been over a year.

Rotten Service Was not told product was OOS when ordering. After 10 days e-mailed 1001 to find that they were waiting for stock. Useless as item was intended as a Christmas present Would never order from this site again

I placed the order on November 29, 2015 and received the goods on January 8, 2016. Unacceptable. I wrote to the people at 1001 via the site 3 times receiving a vague response only to the first message. Poor support. I will never buy from this site again

Last November 25 I made a purchase of a kit which appeared on the web with stock. On November 27th the kit I bought appears as out of stock and with a restocking in about a month. On December 10th I decide to cancel the order and they tell me that they will refund me the full amount of the order. On December 11th they send me an email informing me that the product has been shipped. I contact them and after sending 3 emails to ask them what happened with the cancellation of my order they reply that the product was shipped before the cancellation was made (i.e. according to them on the 9th and according to the website on the 11th). After several emails they tell me that they will refund me half of the amount once I receive the email. I was supposed to notify them once I received the order. As of January 4th I have not received a response from the web nor half of the refund (I received the product on December 24th). If I do not receive an answer before the next 6th of January, I will contact you.
I placed an order 20 days ago and it has not arrived. Not only is it not arriving, but I have tried to contact them via telephone (being an international call) and via email several times and I get no response. If another week goes by and there is still no response I will proceed to file a complaint.
I do not recommend this seller, no seriousness in stock management and customer follow-up. Ordered on 061215 for a christmas present. One item is missing OK it happens a refund request was asked. Then another article is out of stock and we have to wait for the delivery from the supplier. In the end, the product was unavailable, so a voucher was issued. Customer service by phone...on the site it's""customer service reactivated""... ha yes the voicemail tells you to connect to your account for more speed. Finally the icing on the cake on 211215 the tracking of my order indicates""colis expédi"" yet on the carrier's site it says ""reception des données"" consequently the package has not yet been given to the carrier... this will be the fault of the latter

My package was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. I still haven't received anything. Colissimo tells me that my parcel is ready to be shipped and will be handed over to the courier since December 17th. Today is the 22nd. I'll never get my present in time for the holidays.

Missing products and deliveries that take too long Even if the after-sales service was courteous, the reaction and dispatch of parcels takes too long .
If there was only one word it would be ""scandalous""! Explanation: I place an order with several items. A few days later I get an e-mail about a product that's out of stock. OK, that can happen. I was told that my order was being prepared. Less than a week later the product is in stock, I recommend it, shipping costs to be paid again of course! Then it goes on, several products that were in stock on the day of my order are out of stock! Again waiting, then the products are in stock, strange these stock movements! I still recommend it! I can almost copy and paste a recent negative review. I ordered a model on the site for a birthday. The order was placed on November 07, 2015, and the item was in stock and therefore available within 8 days. To date, December 07, 2015, nothing has happened: I've sent multiple emails and called several times, and the answer has always been that the item is in transit (I suppose it's been on a snail's back for 1 month), with no really valid explanation and a thousand excuses: there was an inventory holiday, a very nice offer to send it to me by Colissimo, but the Colissimo has never arrived ... During all this time, and even today, the article is noted as available on the site. The amount of the order was immediately debited: 203 euros I deduce that this site is not reliable since it is a review already written by other people. In the meantime, I had to order another m""rue des maquette"" In short, I'm very disappointed by this site! and yet I was accommodating and patient.
Very bad judgment. More than a month after ordering, I have not received anything. My emailed requests have never been answered. Apparently the package was returned to the sender for incomplete addresses. I, however, provided them with the accurate address.

I ordered a 124 scale car a Jaguar E type from Hellerthe order was placed on November 4, 2015 expected time for delivery 79 working days to date December 2, 2015 I have still not received anything. On November 30 I forwarded an email with inquiries about my order which they were careful not to respond to. This is the first time I purchased from them but I think it will also be the last. Last year I ordered a kit from a store in Hong Kong23 days later I had the box at home.........si but Hong Kong is on the other side of the earth!!!!

As of November 29, 2015 I have not received my package or any response from the company into the whereabouts of the package. In fact, my order is still listed as being processed. Like many of their other customers, I think I have fallen victim to a scam where they say the item is in stock, but it actually isn't. My poor grandfather is very irritated. At this point I just want my money back so my grandfather will get off my back and I can order the product somewhere else. I have sent 3 emails, 2 where sent today. Their excellent customer service is a sham. Customer service is only available 2 hours a day in an unknown timezone if you speak French.

After 9 working days they still have not shipped the package despite the fact that from email received from them the package was ready the day after payment. Sent 3 emails to ask for explanation and they always replied with the usual pre-packaged email: Dear Customer Please rest assured that we do our best to provide our customers with prompt delivery. Also you cannot write that the order was prepared as per. you wrote on 1611 if it is not true since you wrote me today that you are still waiting for the item. We ordered a model on the site for our daughter's birthday. The order was placed in 2009 and the article is in stock and therefore available within 8 days. To date, 2211, nothing has been received and we have sent several emails because it is impossible to get in touch with a physical person. During all this time, and even today, the item is noted as available on the site. We finally asked for a refund, which I hope will take less than two months, because of course the amount of the order was immediately debited. I deduce from this that the commercial policy is to attract the""super promo"" and never to send the products. In short, if you want to be sure of getting your items for Christmas, AVOID or aim for December 201.

My order was placed on November 1st, today is the 16th and I still haven't received anything. Apart from a gesture from 1001 maquettes that might make me change my mind, I will never order from them again.
They charge you the shipping costs to send it to you urgently and you arrive 2 weeks later you make the claim.y.ni caso!!!! The merchandise also arrives in poor condition a fraud!
