I ordered a puzzle and I was worried when I discovered when I started to assemble it that it had a duplicate piece, I contacted the customer service who provided me with a form to describe the problem and proceed with the return. Well clearly indicated, cheap prices only I found the Track & Trace long on "status sent" andamp; it took a week before my package arrived, after I sent an email on Sunday I got almost immediately on Monday morning an email back regarding status package, day after my package was just arrived. Website good Communication good Price low Delivery a bit on the long side Therefore I give you 4 stars! A great review but the delivery time could really be faster in my opinion.
