No contact. No return call or email. No shipping or tracking info. I placed an order on 10-1-15 and received an email with the corresponding reference number. Enclosed in this email was the date of delivery being between 10-16-15 and 10-20-15. I also paid an upgraded shipping method so a tracking number would be supplied (UPS). However, no tracking number has ever been provided. My payment was processed and completed on 10-1-15 according to the order status on my account. I have patiently waited till today 10-20-15 which is the last day of promised delivery, but no delivery was made. For the last 3 days I have called the contact number which I only get a French answering service and no return call. I have emailed twice with no response, in an attempt to acquire a tracking number or some form of shipping info to conform some sort of progress is being made. I have also called the U.S. contact for returns in Centerton, AR with no success either. My order status has reflected the same message ""order being processed"" for 3 weeks now including after the promised delivery time has expired. If some sort of contact or explanation is not reciprocated, in the next day or so, I will be reporting this practice of customer neglect, and forwarding a copy of all correspondence to my attorney.

Order placed on 04 october in theory it left on 091015. on 161015 still nothing received. That's a bit much for a supposed delivery time of 4 to 7 days! On the phone, they promise tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, but offer no compensation or solution. I think the store's policy is to charge shipping costs! which isn't right because the order follows the same channels. It's a way of making a bit more profit on the backs of customers. I don't recommend taking the free shipping option. Disappointed
Not only are the delivery times not respected and the goods still not received. After-sales service has still not replied to us after two days. And on an order of €5117, we have been charged €53.56 at the bank, neither seen nor known.

I regularly buy colors of HUMBOL on the site 1001 models to date 13-10-15 I have not yet received order of 21-9 . I chose standard shipping (the least expensive one) because I had no particular urgency but so it seems a bit too much Moreover I have solicited info but I have not received any kind of response I am not convinced I will make more purchases so i becomes safer and cheaper to buy colors in store.

I ordered an item on 12/09/15 which was, and still is, listed as ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". It is now 06/10/15 and no goods. I have emailed them twice on 19/09/15 and 02/10/15 and received no response until today I found by accident that they had left a message in my order history on 02/10/15 that ""Due to an error of one of our suppliers, we are still waiting for the product to be resupplied"". No indication of when that is likely to be and of course the item webpage still shows ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". I have requested a refund and will certainly never go near them again.

Emailed at least three times through different avenues, reply to my order email, email through their site, and email through PayPal. No reply from any of those. Phone call to their area code 617 number, French message answer. Left message there to call me. No reply. Called the place listed to return items in Arkansas, which on Google maps appears to be a residence. Left a message on the english speaking answering machine to call me, no reply. Unless I have some response soon, next step is to file a grievance through PayPal, which could put a dent in their sales through that payment method.

Ordered on 01.09 and paid immediately. But no goods have arrived to date. You can also send the customer shipping number but this is not the case. calls are pushed away and if you write to them no reaction. Not recommendable.

I have never had worse results in online shopping. They did not send the order by the chosen system nor did I receive it by the one they chose. I have proceeded to cancel it and I am waiting for a refund.

I placed an order 20 days ago the item was available on the website but not in stock. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Given the impossibility of contacting or receiving a response from them I opened a dispute with PayPal after several days to do so which I had to elevate to a claim since even so they did not refund me the money. As of today PayPal is processing the claim and they still have my money. I do not recommend anyone to buy in this store is a headache time and what is worse .... money. I have never had such an experience with professionals

Company that does not send the order and whose customer service does not exist, they do not answer the messages and the order has not arrived. You would have to be very stupid to buy from this store.
I placed an order that more than a month ago appears as ""shipped"" and that has cost me a good sum of money. To date I have not received the money or the order. They do not answer to the mails and when they answer they are evasive. The last one was to tell me that there was a problem and that they will get back to me when they know something. The order was for a gift and of course it never arrived. Now according to their legal bases I have the right to ask for a refund, which I let them know by email and they don't answer either. They don't even bother to keep the customer informed if they make a new shipment as it also says in their terms and conditions...little more explanation is needed to know what we are talking about when they keep your money but you don't receive anything except silence. Took forever, item labelled incorrectly, terrible service. Pathetic doesnt touch how i would describe their customer service. I ordered what was labeled as a harrier model, on May 31st. It wasnt even packaged for shipment until June 22nd! I received my order only to realize it was just the decals. I emailed them saying the product is titled incorrectly, and they started arguing with me off the bat telling me how clearly labelled they think the product is. I used examples of what I'm looking at that made me think this was a harrier model. They emailed back shoving their self-righteousness in my face. Terrible customer service. Don't even try calling them unless you speak french. This is the worst I have been treated with any company. I just hope someone reads this before they order from here and can find what they need elsewhere.
