Horrible experience This was a HORRIBLE experience. I ordered a book December 31, 2014. My order was processed immediately. I got the book today January 24, 2015. Almost a month later. Supposedly the book was coming from a depot in Europe and had some additional information required by Customs. That is BOGUS. If you don't have the book in stock for immediate delivery, say so. From now on, will use (external reference) in England. Never had problems with them. Will NEVER EVER use this vendor again. Asked for updates on status on the 16th and did not hear back for a week. This was a Horrible experience. Finished the model that I was buying the book as a reference for the day before the book arrived as I had pretty much given up on getting the book. Will never use this company again.

I placed an order on Sunday on the site for a B-19 model in 148 scale to be received before the weekend so that I could give it as a gift the following Sunday, and I received my package on time, but with a box of 4 model airplanes that I don't want in 172 scale... The error being human, I notified the site the same day, i.e. the Thursday of receipt, and after an hour I received a message asking me if I had opened the box and if I could attach a photo of it. Immediately I reply that the box is still well sealed and a photo accompanies the message. And now I'm angry because since then there's been no news, no apologies, no quick resolution and not even a word to reassure their customer, which is disappointing. I was supposed to give this model to an enthusiast tomorrow and I'll have to do without it. I find it regrettable to remain silent for 3 days when a small to find a quick and simple way out.... I'm still waiting for an answer
Do not waste your time or money Fast to take your money, but slow to get you your order, I think they ship by sail boat, I placed my order on 1/10 and it is now 2/11 and I have still not gotten my order. This is the most I ever paid for shipping, and the longest I have ever waited. It seems that this problem is a common concern with US customers, Their response to e-mails seem to be the same for every customer, it was interesting that an early reply was ""crossing the Atlantic"" followed two weeks later by ""sent back by French customs"" I would not suggest this company to anyone.

A flee absolutely ... no stock they sell items that they have no track.delai too long! catastrophic! order canceled! awaiting refund via paypal dispute. a blow dispole next day no longer available ... and the next day another item sold out in the basket ... and we finish more ... catastrophic! so I confirm my previous comment a flee!
One of the worst I have ever encountered. Since I started to see things wrong with my order since previously they had answered me to tell me that my purchase would arrive before Christmas because I wanted it for a gift to a child. The truth is that I made a mistake when choosing the country since for the Canary Islands we have a different one from the rest of Spain. Assuming that mistake I have asked for information on approximate delivery date up to four times and I have received total silence for an answer. The last email I sent I threatened to do what I am doing now and today the system of 1001 maquetas does not allow me to see the history of my order. I see for the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer I will be without my order and let's see if I will also lose the money I paid from the past.

Must be on a rowboat. They have a excellent selection but getting them seems to be an issue. I ordered items from another company in Poland on 12/26/14 and those items arrived on 1/5/15. I do not like leaving negative reviews. Update: It is now 1/15/15 order still being 'processed'. Thanks for offering free shipping on my next order. But seeing that I am out $183.97 so far on this one I do not think there will be a next order. Sorry. 1/22/15 order still being 'processed'. 34 days now and counting. 1/26/15 Paypal refunded my payment. These guys did not even respond to Paypal's investigation. Ordered same items elsewhere on 1/26/15 and they arrived today 1/30/15. Amazing 38 days with 1001 Modelkits and they where still processing. Not a very good way to run a business...just saying. But what does one person matter to these guys.

On December 11 I made a purchase for Christmas. Well, without any communication on January 4 they had not delivered the package. I look on the page my order and I see that it is in refund status and I have not ordered it so they have canceled my order without notice and have not even replied to my mail. A disgrace of a company and a disgrace of service. I will never buy from them again.
The same day of placing the order I read very bad reviews about the delivery service so I wanted to stop it as it was important that it was here for Epiphany. They had not even prepared the shipment and did not want to make the refund only a voucher that obviously I did not want so I continued with my order...although they told me that it would be here at the end of this week they just wrote me saying that they still do not have it or them. They will let me know. I do not understand nadapague 15€ for the fastest shipping! If they can not meet the deadlines refund the money! Otherwise they are keeping the customer! The worst thing is that I tried to find the same model for me to arrive on time and Amazon had it in two days!
The title says it all. I made a purchase on November 10 of toys for a child for Christmas Day, December 25. Today is January 2nd and I still have not received it. Inoperative after-sales customer service. Shipments that do not have valid tracking identification.
I had ordered on 1612 a model for a christmas gift by paying the fast delivery service and by paying the gift wrapping option ...in total the package arrived on 2612 and no gift wrapping !!!!! so very disappointed I will not order anymore on this site

Based upon the last response I received from your company, I expected at least a partial shipment. Again, I have not received anything. I have not received my order, tracking number or any follow-up response. This has been the worst on-line experince. I placed my order on 12/12 for Christmas. The website indicated it was ""in stock"" and would be here in time. Credit card was charged $106 immediately. That is the only thing they have gotten correct. Now MORE THAN A MONTH LATER and I do not have my order and have not heard from a representative of 1001modelkits...but they still have my money. Respectfully I have asked for them to cancel my order and post a credit but still no response. Placed an order on 12/12 for Christmas. It is now 1/5 and I still have not received my order. In addition I asked for an update and did not receive a response. Customer service is non-existent. Placed an order on 12/12. I ordered a maréchal d'Empire statuette that looked very good in the photo. I received an unidentifiable figure in raw resin and as a spare part. I was so angry that I couldn't even react at the time! This statuette was a Christmas present, so I'm disappointed! Not only will I never order from this site again, but with the publicity I've given it, a lot of other people have also been disappointed.
At the beginning I ordered it was simple but they promised me 4 to 5 days and it's been 10 days that I'm waiting for the parcel that was supposed to be delivered to the Auchan closest to me. So here's my opinion on this

After ordering an available product at the beginning of December, I made several reminders and finally found out that there was a problem with the supplier. Not being able to have the order for Christmas, I asked for a refund. Miraculously, I was told that the order was being prepared and would be dispatched shortly. Unfortunately the only thing that arrived was a free tube of glue with the order. Now I'm waiting for a full refund but no news.....
Hello, this concerns an order I placed and confirmed on 1112 (7am) for a product that was in stock (5 copies: copy made). After a few days, the order remained frozen. I contacted them again by e-mail on 1612 and was told the same day that the item was missing and should be received today or tomorrow, and that the order would be dispatched immediately. The parcel was received on 2012. Question: what would have happened if I hadn't contacted them again? - How is it possible to display and sell a product (stock unchanged to date) and not have the item in the store? - Do (toy) companies know that Christmas is on December 25? Obviously, if I had been informed that the item was missing, I would have ordered elsewhere. I understand that it's not easy to manage orders during the festive period, but that doesn't allow for elastic stock management.

I ordered last summer and have not received anything. I have been waiting 6 months or more for my money back. I know that there are bigger problems in this company and that mine is probably silly compared to others but I have been so outraged and disappointed not only by the treatment received by your store but also by the fact that you have taken me for a ride so far. I hope no one buys from your store because you do not know how to treat your customers at all.
Bad experience model ordered for my child's christmas announced as deliverable on the site within 4 to 6 days. model never received. they don't have it in stock and clear their name by pointing to an error in information from one of their suppliers. I asked for a refund on december 1st. on december 8th, nothing arrived on my account. i e-mailed their customer service department (no phone number given) to find out how soon i would be refunded: no reply. i will not be ordering from them again. i'm sorry, but i'm not going to be reimbursed.

It usually takes about a month before they finally ship, even though everything is in stock at time of ordering. This current order was paid for on the 19th of last month, and still shows a 'being processed' status. They don't respond to my emails, and I even called them at (617) 849-9224, only to get a recording stating that they will respond to all emails promptly... another lie. Basically, sad to say this, but I don't have much confidence in them anymore. Terrible customer service, terrible wait times for shipping, and their prices aren't even that competitive.

For 2 months now I have been waiting for my delivery which should have been delivered to me 15 months ago??! The particularly bad thing is that nobody from the company thinks it is worth the effort to even say a word in response to my requests. I have no choice but to get a statement and my money through a lawyer. Congratulations to everyone who had a problem-free delivery. Lucky you!
