I placed an order 20 days ago the item was available on the website but not in stock. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Given the impossibility of contacting or receiving a response from them I opened a dispute with PayPal after several days to do so which I had to elevate to a claim since even so they did not refund me the money. As of today PayPal is processing the claim and they still have my money. I do not recommend anyone to buy in this store is a headache time and what is worse .... money. I have never had such an experience with professionals

Company that does not send the order and whose customer service does not exist, they do not answer the messages and the order has not arrived. You would have to be very stupid to buy from this store.
I placed an order that more than a month ago appears as ""shipped"" and that has cost me a good sum of money. To date I have not received the money or the order. They do not answer to the mails and when they answer they are evasive. The last one was to tell me that there was a problem and that they will get back to me when they know something. The order was for a gift and of course it never arrived. Now according to their legal bases I have the right to ask for a refund, which I let them know by email and they don't answer either. They don't even bother to keep the customer informed if they make a new shipment as it also says in their terms and conditions...little more explanation is needed to know what we are talking about when they keep your money but you don't receive anything except silence. I recommend that no one buys here and of course they will be denu

It wasnt even packaged for shipment until June 22nd! I received my order only to realize it was just the decals. I emailed them saying the product is titled incorrectly, and they started arguing with me off the bat telling me how clearly labelled they think the product is. I used examples of what I'm looking at that made me think this was a harrier model. They emailed back shoving their self-righteousness in my face. Terrible customer service. Don't even try calling them unless you speak french. This is the worst I have been treated with any company. I just hope someone reads this before they order from here and can find what they need elsewhere.

Horrible I have not received the order even in other stores in the network as hobbymdelismo are more professional because I put the same address and in this case if I arrived.
False advertising, slow shipping, lack of communication on order status. I placed my order on May 23, 2015. It took them almost two weeks to let me know that one of my model kits was not in stock when on their website it showed available. It has been two weeks since then and I still have no order or any information on what the status of my order is. They have ignored numerous messages and phone calls concerning the status of my order. Bad customer service in my opinion, especially since I made a big order. This day and age taking a month to ""process"" an order is unacceptable. Taking a customer's money instantly and making them wait a month or more for their order to arrive is ""bad business"". Also the customer service telephone voice menu is in French not English and French. Not helpful to United States customers. They have a great website and seem to have a great selection of model kits. Lots of potential killed by bad customer service. Hopefully they will wake up and smell the coffee.(at least long enough to answer their phone) Another week has gone by and finally they have made contact with me.(Only because I posted a bad review in my opinion.) They claimed my order had issues in customs and that these issues had been resolved and my order would be shipped in another week. A week went by and I had heard nothing so I sent customer service an email about the status of my order. They claimed one of the items had been lost in shipment and of course it was no longer available. They did offer me another voucher for the price of the product. However a voucher is worthless if the company does not have the ability to process and ship a simple order. I have zero confidence right now that this company is competent enough to even handle another order. I want a full refund or I will take legal action against this ""scam"" of a company. Avoid this company. It is now almost July and I still have heard nothing about my order and have yet to receive any goods that I have ordered. Just a small piece of advice 1001 model kits: On a multiple item order if there is an item on someone's order that you do not have in stock (that you said you did have) send the items that you do have and don't hold THE ENTIRE order for weeks at a time. It would be faster for me to sail across the Atlantic and pick up the items from their warehouse in France! Pick up your phone! Communicate with your customers! Do not take their money unless you have rendered them a service.

They shipped me a 1/72 scale Fairey Swordfish instead of a 1/48 scale B-17G Flying Fortress. I assume that you guys will make the order correct but I need to know what to do with the extra model. On 03.01.2015 I placed an order on this site with PayPal payment. After 2 days they wrote to me: ""Your order is ready you can access the shipping tracking"". At the time I was surprised because the item had a delivery expectation of 10-12 business days. I thought it was a mistake so I waited a month without receiving the material before asking for clarification. They replied that they would do their best to ship the package as soon as possible (but wasn't it ready a month earlier?). After 2 months after the order and upon my request for explanation they informed me that the material was unfortunately not available that they were canceling the order and would credit my payment back. After 20 days of absolute silence I sent an email to solicit a refund but they did not respond. I waited another 15 days another reminder email but again no response. Another month passes and we are at 12.05.2015 another email from me and as usual they do not respond. As of today 03.06.2015 after 5 months after payment and almost 3 months after order cancellation they still have not refunded me. Finally also the hoax: on the site appears as available the item I had ordered. From what I have more above I leave to those who read me any assessment of the seriousness correctness and professionalism of those responsible for this site.
I placed an order for a material that was in stock according to the web, I made the payment, they confirmed the order and charged my card. And oh surprise a week after confirming the order and charging the card they tell me that they do not have the material. I do not think I will buy again in a store that first charges and then checks if they can fulfill the orders. I have been offered a lot of solutions that I expect to buy something else that they give me a voucher and ultimately a refund. I hope that at the time of reimbursement they will be in as much of a hurry to collect. Fernando M

I placed my order on 18.01.2015 and paid immediately but never received anything. customer service only got in touch on 4.02.2015 after I had already sent several emails. here is the wording of the email: Sorry for the late reply. I contacted our logistician about your order. I will reply to you as soon as possible with more information. With kind regards The customer service 1001modellbau.de Since then I have heard nothing more from them, although I had sent a few more e-mails, I asked them to send me my money back or the goods. I live in the Canary Islands Spain and I had to pay 30e for shipping in a private company but they sent it by ordinary mail which has a cost of 890e. I have been ripped off
