BUT THE DELIVERY SERVICE was long and not optimal: I followed the route from France to Italy and saw that the package traveled in France in as many as 4 destinations ... until it arrived in Normandy then in Bergamo in Milan and finally in my city. Products ok and packaging ok but on a suggestion level maybe it would be worth stating more realistic delivery time ando packaging. It took more than 3 days for a prompt delivery model. I placed the order on December 8 to receive it on the 20th. It seems a tad excessive as a timeline. On a general level, however, I am satisfied.

Some people are just unlucky.... For me, an order that was supposed to arrive within the week (for a birthday) was blocked because an accessory was missing...! Too long a wait between order, payment and delivery

Lack of communication due to stock shortage. 15 days for an order is a long time

As of today I have not received my order nor do I have any news of when I will receive it. I received an email on December 1st telling me that the order was being delivered. Today is the 9th and I have not received my order.

Very long shipping time (more than 3 weeks) with no information about the reason (missing product) and no alternative proposed... Refund in the form of a credit note, but not including shipping costs for a new order... Several messages informing of product availability, but a site that refuses orders for a product considered to be out of stock... I am a new customer and this was my 1st order. As for satisfaction, well, I'm disappointed with the time taken between my order and the preparation of the parcel: 6 working days. Order placed on the morning of 1011 (01:00 am) and preparation and dispatch of the parcel on 1711. (I'm not counting Saturdays because I don't know if you work on Saturdays. If not, one more day) Worried on the morning of 17 I sent a better to ask if there was a particular concern ... and as luck would have it the same evening the package was sent. I have a request that customer service has not answered = Can you inform the customer by email when there is a supply problem with an item? I have read other comments and I see that the problem of speed in processing orders is recurrent. Côte positif' I will recommend your site because the choice is varied and of good quality, hoping that the shipping service will be more reactive. It's better to receive items before a birthday ....

Supply lead times too long...when the product is not in stock, the customer has no information and waits for his order. I don't think it's up to the customer to follow up, but up to you 1001 Maquettes to keep him informed of new deliveries.
