When ordering When ordering, the image was misleading as it showed two bottles of Tamiya Airbrush Cleaner side by side for no other reason it seems than to suggest that you would get two for the price. Of course only one item arrived and when calculating postage and packing then the item was quite expensive.

Delivery times far too long
I am a new customer and this was my 1st order. As for satisfaction, well, I'm disappointed with the time taken between my order and the preparation of the parcel: 6 working days. Order placed on the morning of 1011 (01:00 am) and preparation and dispatch of the parcel on 1711. (I'm not counting Saturdays because I don't know if you work on Saturdays. If not, one more day) Worried on the morning of 17 I sent a better to ask if there was a particular concern ... and as luck would have it the same evening the package was sent. I have a request that customer service has not answered = Can you inform the customer by email when there is a supply problem with an item? I have read other comments and I see that the problem of speed in processing orders is recurrent. Côte positif' I will recommend your site because the choice is varied and of good quality, hoping that the shipping service will be more reactive. It's better to receive items before a birthday ....
The contacts, the orders and the help have been very satisfactory. The delivery system leaves something to be desired. I had to travel 30 kms to pick up my order at the relay point. Best regards Pau
Supply lead times too long...when the product is not in stock, the customer has no information and waits for his order. I don't think it's up to the customer to follow up, but up to you 1001 Maquettes to keep him informed of new deliveries.

Fast order placement but delivery a bit long!
Large and extensive range but unfortunately.... I had to wait almost a month for a letter (1 decal sheet). What's more, it didn't come in the form of a letter but in a parcel which I also had to collect from the post office. I have already mentioned the long delivery times several times. Regardless, this criticism is ignored. The delivery service is simply unprofessional.

However, after seeing many complaints about orders not being received at all or seriously delayed I would expect that 1001 Modelkits would make other arrangements to insure the best possible customer service. I believe most customers would pay an extra fee for some trackable shipping service that would hopefully avoid these types of situations. Took a long time to get my order ordered on 511 and received on 171
I'm a bit disappointed, but the problem was solved fairly quickly. For example, regarding the stock on the website. I ordered an item which was available in stock but which was not dispatched within a few days as indicated. But I'd still recommend them, as the team did their utmost to sort it out, and many thanks for the wide choice of good quality models.
I placed the order on a Sunday in the evening. I selected ""prepayment"" as the payment method. On Tuesday afternoon, less than 48 hours after placing the order, I received an e-mail from the retailer with a payment reminder. With all due respect, I think it would be appropriate and fair if the retailer gave the customer a little more time to process the payment, even with prepayment. After all, the usual bank transit times must also be taken into account. In return, the retailer did not seem to be in a particular hurry to send the goods, especially when the money is already in his account. Although a delivery time of only a few days was stated, delivery took almost two weeks. Only a friendly reminder to deliver the goods now got things moving. The retailer then sent the goods by DHL parcel. However, the item I ordered was flat and fitted into an A-4 envelope without any problems. It could therefore also have been sent by maxi letter (with the option of registered mail). Firstly, this would have saved shipping costs and secondly, I wouldn't have had to sacrifice an entire day waiting for the parcel carrier. Unfortunately, I cannot yet provide any information about the item itself as the construction of the Bismark is not expected to take place until spring 2018. I have been a customer for many years. On all orders I have had no delivery problems. Record delivery compared to other suppliers. But this time! Site too expensive and delivery too long!
I received the package on time and in good condition. The only downside is the price for some models, which is up to 50% more than some retailers (the A 400M on the site is 93€, while others offer it for less).
The waiting time until it arrives at the address is too long and you also have to pay shipping costs.

Ordered on October 10th and still haven't received anything. If I don't receive anything by Monday, I'll have to cancel my order. Otherwise, the customer service team responds quickly and is very attentive. The delivery service leaves something to be desired.
I think that accepting an order without having the product in stock, making the customer wait several months without warning him and waiting for him to phone (at his own expense in Paris) from Belgium to get an answer, which seems to me to be curious to say the least, is not acceptable. The least you can do is warn the customer as soon as the order is placed and let him know that he will have to wait etc... If I have understood correctly, I will receive my parcel this Monday!

Asked for refund to PayPal for that item, got a future sale voucher (fat chance) instead. Got that cleared up, they asked if I still wanted item that was in stock. Cancelled order in frustration, no credit to my PayPal to date, handed it to them for resolution. Customer Service people very nice, polite but company procedures hamper them resolving problems. Ordered from them once before with no issues two years ago, perhaps sales are now so good they can afford to kick a couple customers to the curb.

Still waiting for response in knowing if the contents of the confenzione is complete I sent attached email with photos of the contents from an initial phone call very friendly the next day I had immediately received response with attached pictures of the descriptive sheets of the model I purchased for comparison I responded with the above photos still not having received response
