I PLACED THE ORDER ON 01022015 AND AS OF TODAY 26022015 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.
Order placed on December 17 and to date nothing received!!! First I'm told the item is unavailable, then I'm told my order will be shipped, but I'm still waiting... I ask them for a refund but they're still nowhere to be found. On the other hand, when it comes to sending out promotional e-mails, they're pretty good at sending out almost one per month.
What a bad idea to have ordered a model as a Christmas present on this site in mid-December! Order in preparation for weeksproduct unavailable then available again package shipped with only a tube of glue...! all this to tell me on January 27 that my order was canceled and that I would be reimbursed to date February 23 the refund has still not been made despite several emails from me.

Delivery times of the type""shipped in 2"" are not reliable since in my case this turned into 1 week.... The reason given by 1001Maquette was that their supplier had made a mistake (although I had only ordered in-stock items). 1001Maquette's shipping department doesn't seem to be reactive at all.
I am very disappointed with shipments, they take a very long time.
Following orders on this site there are systematically missing products in the shipment or products available to the order and in fact absent in coimmande.
Site has misleading advertising the items on their page are not the items sent I ordered a helicopter samu blanc and I received twice a helicopter that had nothing to do with my order really disappointed with this site be careful when ordering
I am disappointed with my order given the price of the model.
Order made on tuesday delivery method chosen in 1 to 2 days to be sure to receive the parcel before saturday. The parcel arrived the following Monday, 5 days later. Package damaged box and model broken! explanation of the letter carrier: error in the shipping address! the package had been sent back to 1001 maquette!!! which I had not been aware of!
Do not purchase from under any circumstances. I ordered the Tamiya 1:35-35065 German Panther Tank on 1/10/15. My card was charged and an email sent to me on 1/11/15 that I should allow 12 - 15 business days altogether. It is now 1/31/15 which means that 15 business days has expired. My purchase is still ""order being processed"". The email sent also said that they did not have any of the item in stock, despite the website saying that there was several (as it does now). Furthermore, the PRICE HAS DROPPED SIGNIFICANTLY while my order has been sitting in processing. The amount charged to me was 36.99USD and the current cost of the kit is now 24.99 and is on sale for 23.74. I have messaged the company about having my order cancelled, or the item shipped and the difference in cost refunded to me but have not received a reply. At this time I believe that I will not receive a refund nor my purchased goods and that 44.99 (model, tax and shipping costs) has been stolen from me. Do not purchase from.

When i contacted 1001 modelkits I was told one was cancelled due to a pricing mistake clearly going against there own terms of use the other I was told was due to being out of stock of the item but as soon as my order was cancelled the items were listed in stock and a co-worker purchased the items at which point the item was listed as out of stock. I had a feeling they had a pricing error and had intention of ordering other items if things went smoothly with these orders. If they had at least contacted me to notify me of the issue or told me that the orders were being cancelled i wouldn't be as upset but the fact i had to email to try to figure out why my orders had been processing for weeks is rather absurd. Now i will never order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Always ads for sales but the day I buy a model no sale
Despite payment and notification that the order was dispatched on the day of the order, no delivery has yet been made. Completely unacceptable! Never again!
The website showed the product to be in stock when in fact it was not. I had to wait 1 week for a terse response from customer service and 2 weeks for the parcel to be sent. Then the parcel was very badly packed, and some of the decorative parts came off the model I'd been waiting for. In this case, given the price of the object, one could be more careful. Goods were confirmed as in stock, paid for - then email: not in stock after all. To top it all off: No refund of the payment but a voucher was offered. All I can say about this is: absolutely lousy business practices.

I placed an order on Sunday on the site for a B-19 model in 148 scale to be received before the weekend so that I could give it as a gift the following Sunday, and I received my package on time, but with a box of 4 model airplanes that I don't want in 172 scale... The error being human, I notified the site the same day, i.e. the Thursday of receipt, and after an hour I received a message asking me if I had opened the box and if I could attach a photo of it. Immediately I reply that the box is still well sealed and a photo accompanies the message. And now I'm angry because since then there's been no news, no apologies, no quick resolution and not even a word to reassure their customer, which is disappointing. I was supposed to give this model to an enthusiast tomorrow and I'll have to do without it. I find it regrettable to remain silent for 3 days when a small to find a quick and simple way out.... I'm still waiting for an answer
Do not waste your time or money Fast to take your money, but slow to get you your order, I think they ship by sail boat, I placed my order on 1/10 and it is now 2/11 and I have still not gotten my order. This is the most I ever paid for shipping, and the longest I have ever waited. It seems that this problem is a common concern with US customers, Their response to e-mails seem to be the same for every customer, it was interesting that an early reply was ""crossing the Atlantic"" followed two weeks later by ""sent back by French customs"" I would not suggest this company to anyone.

A flee absolutely ... no stock they sell items that they have no track.delai too long! catastrophic! order canceled! awaiting refund via paypal dispute. a blow dispole next day no longer available ... and the next day another item sold out in the basket ... and we finish more ... catastrophic! so I confirm my previous comment a flee!
One of the worst I have ever encountered. Since I started to see things wrong with my order since previously they had answered me to tell me that my purchase would arrive before Christmas because I wanted it for a gift to a child. The truth is that I made a mistake when choosing the country since for the Canary Islands we have a different one from the rest of Spain. Assuming that mistake I have asked for information on approximate delivery date up to four times and I have received total silence for an answer. The last email I sent I threatened to do what I am doing now and today the system of 1001 maquetas does not allow me to see the history of my order. I see for the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer I will be without my order and let's see if I will also lose the money I paid from the past.
Slowest shipping ever/ No shipping I placed my order on 12/19/14. It is now 1/10/15 and nothing. I sent a email checking on the status and I got the it's crossing the Atlantic response. Must be on a rowboat. They have a excellent selection but getting them seems to be an issue. I ordered items from another company in Poland on 12/26/14 and those items arrived on 1/5/15. I do not like leaving negative reviews. Update: It is now 1/15/15 order still being 'processed'. Thanks for offering free shipping on my next order. But seeing that I am out $183.97 so far on this one I do not think there will be a next order. Sorry. 1/22/15 order still being 'processed'. 34 days now and counting. 1/26/15 Paypal refunded my payment. These guys did not even respond to Paypal's investigation. Ordered same items elsewhere on 1/26/15 and they arrived today 1/30/15. Amazing 38 days with 1001 Modelkits and they where still processing. Not a very good way to run a business...just saying. But what does one person matter to these guys.

On December 11 I made a purchase for Christmas. Well, without any communication on January 4 they had not delivered the package. I look on the page my order and I see that it is in refund status and I have not ordered it so they have canceled my order without notice and have not even replied to my mail. A disgrace of a company and a disgrace of service. I will never buy from them again.
The same day of placing the order I read very bad reviews about the delivery service so I wanted to stop it as it was important that it was here for Epiphany. They had not even prepared the shipment and did not want to make the refund only a voucher that obviously I did not want so I continued with my order...although they told me that it would be here at the end of this week they just wrote me saying that they still do not have it or them. They will let me know. I do not understand nadapague 15€ for the fastest shipping! If they can not meet the deadlines refund the money! Otherwise they are keeping the customer! The worst thing is that I tried to find the same model for me to arrive on time and Amazon had it in two days!

I had ordered on 1612 a model for a christmas gift by paying the fast delivery service and by paying the gift wrapping option ...in total the package arrived on 2612 and no gift wrapping !!!!! so very disappointed I will not order anymore on this site
