Ordered on Friday 13 Oct and shipped on 15 Oct ?...?.. The deliveryman was supposed to drop it off at the relay point on the 21st and didn't do so until the evening of October 24th -? picked up on October 25th, i.e. 12 days after the order was placed! My package was never delivered My package was never delivered, because of uncomplete adress according to delivery service. I expect a refund for at least the amount of the returned purchase. In that case i will purchase a similar item but on scale 1/72 instead of 1/144.

After a few days we contacted the vendor asking what was happening. No response. We contacted them again. No response. Finally we resorted to opening a PayPal complaint in order to get a refund. The response was then instantaneous. Multiple emails kept us informed up until the point the goods turned up.

After ordering 8 items on this site, I received the parcel 5 days later by Colissimo. What a surprise to see that I only had half of my order... The delivery note stipulated the total amount of my order. I called 1001 Maquettes to find out if all this was normal, and the advisor promised to keep me informed of what had happened. The next day, with no news, I decided to call again. The logistician calls me a liar... However, the advisor re-ordered the missing items. 5 days later, the post office called to tell me that my parcel had been opened and that there was only one item left. I call 1001 Maquettes again and they trigger a new order... Which turned out to be the right one. 4 weeks for items in stock. The delivery packaging (bubble envelope in my case) is not suitable. The poster included in the order is crumpled, and a brush hair protector escaped during handling of the envelope, damaging the poster.

Orders always take a long time to arrive, and this isn't the first time I've reported this.

The delivery only took place a week after the agreed date. This was already annoying as the delivery time was the decisive argument when choosing the online store. In addition, no information was provided about the delay and tracking via the 1001 Modellbau website did not work either. When I asked about the delay and the problems with tracking the order, all I got back was a standard text saying "I always try to satisfy customers as quickly as possible". However, the goods finally arrived (far too late) and are in order. After all. Response to the seller's reaction: The order was placed on 24.09. and was paid for directly via PayPal (I have the order confirmation). The delivery on 07.10. therefore took place 13 days after the order. Much later than stated.

The delivery time was extremely long. (14 days) The item leaves a lot to be desired. The best thing are the stickers. In my opinion, the model is not worth the money. I would definitely not buy it again.

It left me with no confidence that the order would ever be shipped. On value for money I felt that I have been ripped off on price as your selling price was£55 whereas Welsh Models who supplied the kit sell it for £39.27 which is 40% more which is why I am saying I was ripped off by 1001 Maquettes. I would not use this company again. In future I will buy direct from Welsh Models.

Hello I have already sent it. It would be good if the availability of the items mentioned on the 1001 maquettes website could be checked periodically. This would avoid orders being placed without the item(s) concerned being returned within an acceptable timeframe. Cordia

Product poorly advertised merchandise does not correspond to what was offered

Delivery took a very long time (more than 2 weeks) Communication and notifications were also very sparse, but everything arrived complete and correct.

The fuselage of the A330-200 I ordered has the dimensions of an A330-300! so it has the decor of a -200 with the size of a -300.

Good experience I have found products that I could not find elsewhere. As the only discordant note is that it considered that for little value of merchandise shipping costs are excessive.

I'm not here to break 1001 maquettes but I've had bad luck with my order and I'm still waiting to receive it so for a first order it's not easy normally delivered in 48h max 20 euro delivery it's been more than 1 week that I've been waiting.

Gift-wrapped!!! To be desired Packaging of the model damaged and dusty. I understand that with my 20 € purchase I'm not one of the super customers... But that's really making fun of me.

My paints and thinners were ordered as requested and delivered to the relay point on time. The only drawback was that the thinner jars in the delivery bag were poorly sealed (caps not screwed on all the way) and one of the jars leaked into the bag. Otherwise, there's nothing to say, it's very good, we just need to improve the choice of paint shades, some references are not always available. Thank you

1001 MAQUETTES has a large selection of models in stock at fair prices, and lots of great special offers. Orders are processed very quickly. If you order by COLISSIMO, it's fast, but they have no respect for parcels and every time it's a mess! I've seen a deliveryman crush a parcel to make it fit into the letterbox.
