Still waiting for the parcel sent by Relay on 3072017 received on 6 072017 at the customer collection point. At the reception point today on 17072017 she said she had received nothing. I phoned Relay Belgium, who confirmed that the parcel had been at my disposal since 6072017.
Shipping took a bit long, then it was impossible to order the same product several times in one order (display out of stock as soon as we put in more than 1), so shipping costs were added and in the end we had to order one item at a time... (or I don't know mea culpa) But all in all, it was fine.
It took over 2 weeks until the figures in stock arrived.
Package sent on time as advertised on the website. However the packaging was too light, I had ordered 30 small pots of paint which were placed loose in a simple bubble envelope. I had also ordered a decal sheet which was placed unprotected in the middle of the pots, so it arrived crumpled. The free poster is crumpled too, and good to go.

According to Colissimo you didn't pass on my full address - they only had 270 bd de Ste Marguerite 13009... it's the business address of the CHU Ste Marguerite but it was missing the precise place where I work... whereas on the 1st delivery everything went fine.... ??? Pavilon Solaris result => parcel supposedly delivered but I don't know where I called Colissimo ... they're going to try to contact the delivery man to find out where he dropped the parcel off at 6.30pm... what I do know is that the secretary's office was closed! I left at 9.15pm... without my parcel and on vacation for 4 weeks...not glop! Aff

Order received promptly and compliant. I had given my husband a ""Duesenberg"" from ""Monogram"" (plastic and metal) but I had so many problems finding colors that matched the list I found with the assembly plan... I've been waiting for a refund for an order for over 20 days, no communication from 1001 maquettes, no reply to my email, seriousness is not 1001 maquette's strong point.

I was disappointed when I received my parcel because it was open due to the fact that the scotch tape had been put on incorrectly. Fortunately, it contained everything I needed.
