Package sent on time as advertised on the website. However the packaging was too light, I had ordered 30 small pots of paint which were placed loose in a simple bubble envelope. I had also ordered a decal sheet which was placed unprotected in the middle of the pots, so it arrived crumpled. The free poster is crumpled too, and good to go.
Never mind, mustn't grumble..... The canopy took a while to arrive, which is not an issue, but when it did come, it had been crushed in the post. Never mind, I found a suitable piece at the bottom of my spares box..... well wrapped.

According to Colissimo you didn't pass on my full address - they only had 270 bd de Ste Marguerite 13009... it's the business address of the CHU Ste Marguerite but it was missing the precise place where I work... whereas on the 1st delivery everything went fine.... ??? Pavilon Solaris result => parcel supposedly delivered but I don't know where I called Colissimo ... they're going to try to contact the delivery man to find out where he dropped the parcel off at 6.30pm... what I do know is that the secretary's office was closed! I left at 9.15pm... without my parcel and on vacation for 4 weeks...not glop! Aff

Order received promptly and compliant. I had given my husband a ""Duesenberg"" from ""Monogram"" (plastic and metal) but I had so many problems finding colors that matched the list I found with the assembly plan... I've been waiting for a refund for an order for over 20 days, no communication from 1001 maquettes, no reply to my email, seriousness is not 1001 maquette's strong point.

Customer service took into account my request for refund so ras I think may be recommend one day but only products in stock!!!!

Fairly average service. Only take products that are in stock, otherwise you will be systematically billed for shipping costs if you accept shipment in several instalments.
Order finally arrived with a slight delay (acceptable). But I could do better: as soon as the parcel was dispatched, it was impossible to track it via Mondial Relay. The link on my 1001Maquette account took me to the web page... of another delivery company (DCPostal) and when I entered the tracking code, I was taken directly to the Mondial Relay page - unknown number! As a result, there was no way of tracking the shipment and no e-mail to inform me that the parcel had arrived. Finally the tracking number started to work, but only when the parcel had arrived (but still no e-mail to inform me). Otherwise satisfied, I'll order again (hoping that the""expeditiontio"" service improves).

As for the caravel models, I received two straight hulls of the Santa Maria, and the Nina was not packaged, so I don't know if anything is missing. As for the rest, I'm completely satisfied, including with the delivery times. I tried to contact the service by phone to ask them to rectify their error, but I couldn't reach anyone, so I left a message. I'm waiting for a reply so that I can make a definitive decision if the necessary steps are taken, and I'll be fully satisfied with the service. I've just received the two pieces of hull, and I'm fully satisfied with the after-sales service. I recommend

Products ordered on the 5th (all marked in stock etc...) received on the 13th evening (dispatched on the 13th).

I don't know if 1001 maquettes is responsible but I have a big problem. I received an e-mail from mondial relai telling me that my order had been delivered to the relay point, so I went to pick it up but no luck, it wasn't there. I tried to contact Mondial Relai on Tuesday 9517 but they were out of order. I call again on 10517 and they're still out of order, so I haven't received my order and I'm not happy.
