Very bad experience.... will never buy again!!!!
Ordered on the 10th we are at 30 and I have not received it yet. I will never order anything from this site again and of course I do not recommend it to anyone.
Glass bottles thrown loose into an empty cardboard box without cushioning. It's a miracle there was no breakage. A major training effort for your shipping staff.

I ordered an etched part for Horten Go 229 but received a completely different part. Then I wrote an email saying that I had received the wrong item and was told succinctly that unfortunately this can no longer be changed. Would only order from a German company in Germany! Hands off!
I understand that the large number of items dictates a certain levity on description but at least you should give the customer a clear idea of what you are offering.
Until my last two orders I was more than satisfied. And then the problems started the day before last, I was missing a B17 and a DC 3, which were the lifeblood of my order, despite the fact that when I placed the order they were available, and there was no delivery note in the order. The last order I placed was for three B17s to recover the amount I had invested and, as usual, delivery took almost a fortnight to arrive. Here again there was a problem, only one B17 in the parcel and here too there was no delivery note. I call back and still nothing. I would like to say that there were four B17s available when I ordered. I don't understand how a delivery service that worked so well can become so negligent in such a short time. And how no one cares about the problems that are brought to their attention. Between the missing items and the cost of nearly thirty euros to the bottom left for my apple, what I want and demand is the equipment ordered as quickly as possible. I myself work in a stockroom for a Japanese company, and I can tell you that errors of this kind are not accepted and dealt with in the shortest possible time.
Before the parrafada I'm going to write summary: I was treated rude vulgarly rude and did not even bother to try to help me. I ordered the model of an Audi Quattro to give it to my father for his birthday on September 24. I was sure it would not arrive for his birthday on the 29th but it said 1 to 2 weeks so I told my father with excitement. Through the DHL tracking number I saw that it left on September 24th and I thought this is going well. I didn't give it any more thought since I was going on a trip and that it would arrive while I was away. Great my surprise to see that when I arrived on October 24 it was still not there. I finally remembered to call today October 28. I was surprised that the number was french even though I was on 1001maquetas.es but well, I defended myself and called. I started well by simply asking if they knew what was the reason for the delay in delivery. The guy told me (I would call him gentleman or gentlewoman if he had had a minimum of modale Spain that he expected if it had only been 5 weeks. I told him that the website did not specify that. He told me in a bad way that it was obvious. I told him that he could at least ask me for the order number before assuming things. Once again in a bad mood he told me well if it makes you excited give it to me. After giving it to me he told me that if I had bought the normal non-urgent transport I could wait several more weeks. I told him correctly that there was no ticket as of September 25. He told me to talk to DHL. At this point I was already pissed off because of the bad treatment I was getting from the 'asshole' (excuse me) speaking to me in French. I told him in a correct but angry way that I had ordered from 1001maquetas not DHL. He told me to wait for him. I told him what kind of service is that. And his answer"""the one I'm giving"". I told him that if he was not going to help me or talk to me in the right way being that I was the customer I wanted my money back. He replied: That's what we will do. And he HANGED UP on me. I have been working in customer service for a company for 13 years and this is the 2nd worst service I have ever seen and I am fixed by work default. I will never order again and I do not recommend it to anyone.
First order placed on 02072013 received on 10102013!!... More than three months late for items announced as being in stock and supposed to be delivered in 48h!!!! But since I'm patient, let's admit this first point. The 02102013 1001 maquettes sends me an e-mail to tell me that part of my order has been cancelled and that a voucher has been generated to compensate me. Why didn't they reimburse me? So I end up with a €12 voucher instead of my three cans of paint. I decided to use it to order an equivalent product from another manufacturer, marked as being in stock. By the way, I notice that the unavailable products for which I had to wait three months are still listed as being in stock on your site... No comment. My three jars in my basket, I decide to finalize the purchase when I realize that I still have to pay the shipping costs! As a result, I have to pay twice! Unacceptable! My patience was already beginning to wear thin with your repeated delays, but this time it's the last straw!
Duration of 14 days from order to receipt of the goods is too long even if the goods come from france. furthermore the price is quite high as other providers offer 13 cheaper. according to dhl the shipping of 2 kg probably costs 995 in my case the package was 300g and therefore i found the shipping costs too high. greetings

I ordered a miniature motorcycle for my son who has just bought his 1st motorcycle. My order was for a Honda Hornet, and when he opened it, he thanked me but asked me why I'd bought him one. I will simply detail............( the history of my orders..........number of 2.............uniquely.........I was going to say fortunately......) I won't look for the dates, let's get to the point. So I place an order for miniatures and receive my parcel on time (at least that.......and well packaged), but when I open it all I see are mock-ups !!!! I contact them and they tell me that they will send me back the products of my choice for the same value as what was ordered..................except that the postage and packing for my return and the return of my parcels were at my expense !!!!!! A few months later I sent a message on the occasion of my second order saying that I wanted to start again on the right foot by forgetting and that I did not hold rigor ..................I order 3 models at 172nd I receive my package and on opening one of the three is at 176th !!!!! ...........withte model in the 172nd and the photo of the box on which is written"" 172nd "" !!!!! I contact them and they tell me that there's not much difference between the 172nd and the 176th !!!! I reply that I only ride the 172nd and that I know very well that the 172nd and 176th are not so similar................correctement ...... I then receive an e-mail telling me that I'm being offered 7 E on postage for my next order.....................Bravo !!!! Happy to have found a model motorcycle that suits me and happy with the service because after 4 days this model was at home. But to my surprise, there were no instructions in French, and I don't speak Chinese or German or English, only FRENCH. After inquiring with the service, I was told that the instructions and drawings were clear enough for assembly. Que Nenni. I don't understand a thing. So why sell a model in France if you don't have the instructions in French? Even with a discount and free postage (given by the complaint department) I won't change my mind. I don't order from this site any more and I don't do anything else.

I received two thunderbolt P47 canopies and they were crushed! I couldn't get them back to their original shape. I received these pieces wrapped in bubble plastic in a paper envelope. It would be better to send them in rigid cardboard packages. What recourse do I have to obtain the canopies in good condition? This incident may not be your fault, but your packaging deserves to be improved.

The 2nd order on 12.05.2013 I received in order but the Air Malaysia Airbus A 380 that you sent me does not wear the latest colors of the company which are blue and white. Since I have been ordering model kits on the Internet, it has never happened to me that these kits are not complete. I have ordered 2 x the model Dzialo Szturmowe AT -1 from Mirage Hobby. Both model kits were delivered without tracks and decals!!!!! In future I will only order from other suppliers

Le 3004 - Following 1001 Maquettes' last message, I contacted customer service again, who agreed, after discussions, to a full refund of the purchase price and reimbursement of the cost of returning the non-compliant item. So as far as I'm concerned, the dispute is over. I'd just like to point out that the purchase took place on March 21. So if I keep just one star for the review (very bad first experience, but I'd like to point out that Customer Service has always been very courteous on the phone), I'm withdrawing the ""A FUIR - dishonest store"" to say ""You must insist that they take responsibility for their shipping error"".
I had booked express delivery to receive the parcel within the week. I didn't hear from him for the whole week, and it was only the following week that I received an e-mail telling me that my parcel was on its way. So I received it well after the 4 to 6 days I'd expected when ordering. I sent an e-mail before receiving it to find out why it was late and why I had received duplicate e-mails with errors in the automatic e-mails (one sentence did not appear correctly). I was waiting for an explanation. I received a few lines of reply with no apology, no explanation and, above all, no answers to my questions. So I sent another e-mail and I'm still waiting for an answer. This company doesn't manage after-sales service and customer relations at all. I'm very disappointed. I'd read some good comments, especially about deliveries, but apparently not everyone is on the same page.
Virtually unprotected packaging (a small piece of crumpled kraft paper insufficient to protect the miniature during transport. On unpacking, I see that the car's windscreen is broken. I wrote to 1001 maquettes...who merely offered me free delivery on my next order..... even though this was a standard commercial offer (I had already received an e-mail to this effect before delivery!). In short, deplorable service. And the customer service email was not signed and had no telephone number. TO BE AVOIDED
If I hadn't been threatened with a ""hand courante"" for not respecting the purchase contract for a model and a sheet of ordinary decals, I'm sure that three yes three months after the order I'd still be waiting for my pack of 1001 Maquettes. They pretend to be a company based in Germany. Hotline only in French. Extremely long delivery times or goods do not arrive at all. Request for a refund of the purchase price is ignored.
