Delivery time too long
Having placed an order for Father's Day, I still haven't received the parcel, which has taken far too long to arrive, a week after I placed the order.
Availability can be improved: when I ordered an item""in stock"" it was no longer in stock at the time of preparation, which therefore took 4 to 5 days. Otherwise, nothing to say about the information and communication provided to the customer about his order being prepared. The packaging of the parcel was absolutely perfect.

Customer service took into account my request for refund so ras I think may be recommend one day but only products in stock!!!!

Fairly average service. Only take products that are in stock, otherwise you will be systematically billed for shipping costs if you accept shipment in several instalments.
Order finally arrived with a slight delay (acceptable). But I could do better: as soon as the parcel was dispatched, it was impossible to track it via Mondial Relay. The link on my 1001Maquette account took me to the web page... of another delivery company (DCPostal) and when I entered the tracking code, I was taken directly to the Mondial Relay page - unknown number! As a result, there was no way of tracking the shipment and no e-mail to inform me that the parcel had arrived. Finally the tracking number started to work, but only when the parcel had arrived (but still no e-mail to inform me). Otherwise satisfied, I'll order again (hoping that the""expeditiontio"" service improves).

As for the caravel models, I received two straight hulls of the Santa Maria, and the Nina was not packaged, so I don't know if anything is missing. As for the rest, I'm completely satisfied, including with the delivery times. I tried to contact the service by phone to ask them to rectify their error, but I couldn't reach anyone, so I left a message. I don't know if 1001 maquettes is responsible but I have a big problem. I received an e-mail from mondial relai telling me that my order had been delivered to the relay point, so I went to pick it up but no luck, it wasn't there. I tried to contact Mondial Relai on Tuesday 9517 but they were out of order. I call again on 10517 and they're still out of order, so I haven't received my order and I'm not happy.
